Story7: It is not too unusual. As a matter of fact I really laughed when I saw this and its synopsis. XD Yeah it is like so familiar to a hentai I just read called Power Play by the godly Yamatogawa about a demon lord who was forced to retreat with his faithful sidekick. Into what is known as the human world. In there, he cannot use his powers so he had to adjust with his new life. But they were not the only ones who went there. As the person who almost defeated him followed him there. Yeah a funny start. Imagine SATAN working as an employee McDonalds LOL! The only thing you hate about this is the awaiting of the next season. Because this is a light novel and it is relatively short.

Art 8: White Fox who brought you Steins;Gate and the widely awaited Akame ga Kill. Expect clean and consistent animation.

Sound 7 : Nothing special but it gets the job done during dramatic scenes

Character 9: I was really amazed on Maou as he progressd in the story. He was known as the demon lord in his world but he became Maou Sadao and became a normal person with a normal job. His ways have changed or maybe not as he was just forced to change. He is so badass even when he is in his human form. His sidekick's loyalty to him should also be highlighted as his reactions are so funny.

Enjoyment 10: It was shortlived because it was only 13 episodes. I really enjoyed it and deviated it from the hentai manga Power Play. I really had no problems regarding with its enjoyment factor.

Overall 9: I know some people dont like it because it is so generic but it does entertain you but remember that you dont have to get too attached to it because you will hope for a second season just like me XDD
