It took watching the whole season and practically the whole second season for anything to actually happen. Even then, there was no kiss, which ranks badly in my mind for romance.
I loved the interaction between Sawako and her friends, and Kazehaya was really cute.
The first season was a lot better than the beginning of the second season, that's for sure. If you want a lot of romance and not just a few odd moments every now and then, this is not the anime for you.
