To be quite frank, the first season was a lot better. At least you had more interaction, but here everything just becomes awkward and distant.
Expect a lot of confusion and I'm-Going-To-Pull-My-Hair-Out moments. I stayed up until almost three in the morning watching the episodes, convinced that something was going to happen.
It turned out to be a huge waste of time. The ending episode(s?) were alright, but not enough to actually gain the privilege of being named a romance.

While the anime possessed a lot of good components, it wasn't as good as it would seem. I originally became interested in the anime after seeing an amv (Anime Music Video) with some pretty interesting and romantic scenes.
It took watching the whole season and practically the whole second season for anything to actually happen. Even then, there was no kiss, which ranks badly in my mind for romance. I loved the interaction between Sawako and her friends, and Kazehaya was really cute. The first season was a lot better than the beginning of the second season, that's for sure.
