Story-10- You may think this is just your average anime, nothing special about it,thats what i thought at first, but then it is so much more.The story is about a girl name Sawako. She looks creepy (Something like the girl from "the ring".) People call her sadako because they think that name fits her. She is nice and kind but she is kind of an outcast, who doesn't really want to be one. One summer day she meets Kazehaya, a kind guy who is lost trying to find the school.(Turns out he is Mr.Lively, almost the complete opposite of Sawako.) He then helps her get friends and fit in more during the year;what goes on next are love triangles, misunderstandings, and alot more.(NOTE:You may think ending is incomplete but there is a second season to answer all of the questions left unanswered.)
Art-10- At first you may think "The art is not all that good", but as the series progresses you will understand why the art is the way it is. It complements the story and characters. IMO i don't think the voices and story could be the same without the art as the way it is. 9.5 out of 10.
Sound-10- The voices are superb. They fit the characters perfectly. (There aren't any voices that don't fit the characters.) The opening and ending songs are good too. Soft melodies with a catchy beats. Also in some part during the show soft music complements certain thing, and was good too.
Character-10- I don't want to spoil the plot and the good characters, but i have to say the characters complement each other nicely and if one was removed the story would not have been what it was.
Enjoyment-10- This anime kept me on my toes,and i liked that. I was engulfed in it and did not want to stop watching it (ended up watching it straight through). If you are a shoujo anime fan than this is definitely a must watch. Also if not this anime could make you a fan.
