Nicola Traveling Around the Demons' World and Yotsuba&! are two age-appropriate manga centered a quirky little human girl accompanied by the adult that she travels with. The art is extremely well drawn and detailed, and each chapter feels like you're reliving a bit of your childhood again as she learns more about the world. Nicola's story is more based on fantasy than on regular ol' slice of life unlike Yotsuba's story, though.
Both are cute, wholesome and carefree. Similar vibes, but Nicola has a bit more plot. For those who enjoy Yotsuba, this is a hidden gem
