Both are episodic adventures through the human subconscious with vaguely Jungian themes throughout. WEP does deal with more serious social issues than FliFla, but perhaps because of this stumbles more to the end than FliFla. Both shows are immensely fun though, and an absolute gorgeous sight to behold.

from only seeeing ep 1 (which is all that is out at the moment), i was constantly reminded of the whimsicallness of flip flappers (my favorite anime)

Cute female cast full of saturated art styles and very detailed designs, the girls all work together in a dream world to overcome their inner struggles and problems, there is a larger underlying plot than noticeable at first.

Wonder Egg Priority is a gorgeous show that treads a lot of the same ground as Flip Flappers. Think the good parts of FF but cranked to 11. They both take place in either a surreal dreamscape fighting monsters, or in the real world in a slice-of-life setting. If you didn't like how the ending of FF was handled, WEP seems to be heading in a better direction. WEP is preserving its big mysteries well, and I appreciate it.

They have a similar vibe of girls fighting with bright colours and stylistic animation. Wonder egg priority is a bit more scary in its monsters if that's something you mind.

Both have a blue haired MC with depression, psychological horror and surreal dreamscapes. They are similar in terms of setting (facing inner demons by fighting monsters in a surreal dimension) and atmosphere. Both have excellent animation and very detailed designs.

Remarkably similar in terms of setting and atmosphere, showing characters facing personal problems as they explore their illusions, presented in a dreamlike scenario, to discover the truth of reality. Confusing at first, but extremely satisfying when you grasp what it is about.

Both have blue haired MC with depression sympthomes at first who get transported to a parallel dimension where they have to defeat enemies based on human minds to save someone. Both with colorful animation and yuri implication.
