Although both series presents different set of sports, they have a lot of similarities hence this recommendation.

By far, the most similar sports anime to Kuroko no Basuke is Area no Kishi. Obviously, the whole Generation of Miracles dilemma isn't there but they still have a similar feel and similar humor. Lots of focus on one main team - including their training camps, progress and practice games. Lots of "superpower"-like sports and the team has many similar character tropes.
