Flip Flappers and Junrui share a common setting being placed in the future/alternate reality of current society. Each shows gives you a whimsical almost Alice in Wonderland feeling, they share similar main characters that are equally quirky and colorful. The story telling is also very similar and comical in each show and the setting is very immersive and draws you in asking more questions than seem to get answered.

Flip Flappers give me the vibe of watching Humanity Has Declined. Both ED has almost the same feel of magical and bizarreness.

The music in both series combined with the specific color palettes and humor provide a similar light-hearted atmosphere too.
Also, cute characters if that's what you're looking for.
Very zany, but never absurd. This is what I think principally sets Humanity Has Declined and Flip Flappers from all the rest. Both anime seem out of this world, but in a way wherein their quirks don't go too far as to become abnormal, just rather eccentric and actually intelligible at certain respects.
Other similarities are the presence of a wacky artsy and bright art style, a very immersive setting, comical use of sound and animation effects, and similar vibey theme music.
Firstly, the similarities between animation and music are clear. Both anime have colorful and vibrant art styles and some songs have the same vibe.
Secondly, I like how the two stories are cheerful, crazy and give the show uniqueness and diversity thanks to the many creative adventures the protagonists go through. Humanity Has Declined has its own uncommon settings and fantasy elements that break with the common logic, while Flip Flappers starts with a common school setting, but early establishes its own fantasy world and fantasy elements as well. There are also some surreal and sometimes trippy scenes shared in the two stories too.
