Nah, I could work for any lawyer :) Of course sometimes they are looking for paralegals that have worked in a specific field before, but you can't expect that from someone that just finished their apprenticeship. And for normal secretary, I could do that everywhere. I mean they usually just take phone calls, make appointments, write letters and "easy" things. That's kinda an easier version to the paralegal :D
But yes! I was to an job interview on 20th Feb and the lawyer actually said half way through, that we should try it. So I'm starting next monday, with 2 month trial period and then with those 2 months a year first. After that another year and after those two years it would turn into a permanent contract. Hope it goes well though >.<

Well it would be a homely family if my grandma wouldn't be such a horror. Years ago it was nice, but it became a pain to travel there on the 24th and back on the 26th and then endure stupid questions and my nagging grandma. Can't do anything about it tho. Seriously. They set the bar higher and higher and meanwhile they didn't so hot themselves (expect massive amounts of kids). I finished 13 years of school with possibility to go to University. Just because I didn't use that (no thanks to more studying) and did something less good with my qualification they nag me. and like "you chose this yourself", I just wish I could get away. But getting a place alone is kinda impossible ;A;

Nothing worse than rude roommated. Though at least it beats nagging parents haha

We don't even really eat turkey? I don't think it's a German thing. Our family usually eats noodle soup for lunch or dinner on christmas (24th). On 25th at lunch we mostly eat venison (deer or wild pig or something), though I usually get turkey then or chicken and in the evening the rest of the family comes to my grandma (we always stay with her from 24-26/27th) and we usually have buffet. But yeah, it wasn't the food but more like my grandma doing her best at getting the award for most asshole-ish behaviour and making me feel like the worst disappointment ever. So yeah. Great christmas XD

Uni will be fun! Sometimes. But yeah, the beginning in a new environment is really scary for me too.

Well, still looking for a job, still having sleeping troubles, had the worst christmas because of my fam (it's as if they want to give me a depression), but yeah... just chilling around :D

Same, putting aside that I just came back from our yearly trip to the grandparents for celebrating Christmas, so I wasnt even at home *sigh*
and yes, it is right like that :D

I don't know, it's just... weird. I mean there are nice things to look at, but overall I wouldnt want to go. I mean the amount of dangerous animals creeps me out. For example I plan to go to New Zealand in some years and it's like NEIGHBOURS with them and they have like no dangerous animals (maybe the sharks in the water) and such beautiful landscapes. so yeah, there's that.
Mh, I only know that you can take usually 20kg of luggage with you, though I honestly have no idea if it differs when you travel farther. Because if it's more than you are allowed you always have to pay extra. Though yeah, even when you stay half a year you'd need lots of stuff. Though you can always buy clothes XD

Not really, usually I would start right after at a new place. But Im still thinking about taking half a year break and then start working somewhere else.
nope, lawyers dont have it hard 90% of the time, because they are lazy. we secretaries do the most stuff, seriously, so frustrating -_-
