As someone who really enjoyed the first 2 seasons of Tokyo Ghoul and would consider them self a fan of the series, season 3 was a HUGE disappointment.
Story:(2) was all over the place. Apparently season 2 isn't canon? Seriously? Thats just dumb. It is super confusing and honestly I couldn't even tell what was going on. Everything has changed without warning. It doesn't follow the first 2 seasons.
The Art(3) is a downgrade from the others seasons
Sound:(6) Nothing tops s1's Opening unravel. The new one was okay though.
Characters:(4) I don't even recognize the characters I once liked anymore.

If I had one word to describe this anime... It would be Beautiful. just everything about it. The art style is gorgeous, One of the best I've seen in anime. It is so good that you could screenshot almost any frame and it would be wallpaper-worthy. The story hits right in the feels and has some pretty sad moments that honestly made me tear up a bit. The worst Isekai I've ever seen. *Maybe even the worst anime I've seen*
I could only manage to watch the first few episodes because of how trashy this is. The plot is where a guy gets transported with his mom to another world to "deepen their relationship" some cheesy bs that could've been written by a 12 year old fan fiction writer.
