Story (4/10):
For me, the CONCEPT of what Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai is supposed to be (ie: a story about a teenager that never falls in love suddenly falling in love) was what had me interested in this show from the start. Unfortunately, I think it takes far too long to reach the point. It focuses on it a bit in the beginning, but as you continue watching it just seems to be about a group of friends more than a love story. While I have no problem with that either, I didn't start watching this because I wanted to see a story about friendships.
...
Friendship is important even in a romance anime, but this just seems to be 95% friendship, 5% romance. I did only watch 4 episodes so I don't know if this improves later on, but I gave it a good 4 episode watch like I always do and I wasn't impressed.
Art (6/10):
The art itself isn't that bad. It's appealing to look at while not being anything overly special. Hence giving it one more point better than mediocre.
Sound (3/10):
To be honest I wasn't interested in the op or the ed. I don't even recall music in the actual anime itself that's how irrelevant it was to me. I can't say it was bad, but it wasn't anything I cared about or remember as important.
Character (5/10):
The characters themselves weren't horrible, but they were stereotypical and not very interesting to me. I didn't remember most of their names and I just found myself not being attracted to any of them. As someone who usually connects to characters in a matter of moments, this wasn't a good sign for me.
Enjoyment (4/10):
To be honest, I didn't even make it all the way through the fourth episode. I just marked myself as watching it because I watched half of it. It just seemed so... slow paced. I know slice of life shows are usually slow paced, but this one was in a way that I couldn't stand. I just found myself not enjoying it enough to get through the entire episode, but not enough to give it anything lower than a 4.
Overall (5/10):
Maybe it just wasn't my anime. Other people may enjoy it more than I did, but I still personally wouldn't recommend Tada-kun wa Koi wo Shinai to anyone who was interested in watching it. I really wanted to stand behind it, to hope that it would eventually get back to the point, but it didn't seem that way. I'm disappointed this one didn't turn out how I thought it would because it really did seem like one I'd enjoy.

Story (10/10):
For me, the story in Dead Apple was incredibly interesting to me. From the beginning I was hooked into the idea that people would be fighting their own Abilities, but it's so much more complicated than that. There were even some moments that pleasantly surprised me, though I won't say anything about that here since I know the movie hasn't been released online yet (to my knowledge) and hasn't screened in every location. I think the story was very well written and entertaining.
Art (8/10):
As always, Bungou Stray Dogs has appealing art for me, but not enough to give it anything higher than a 8.
...
Still, the art was very pretty to look at and there were plenty of scenes that were animated well and looked rather beautiful.
Sound (8/10):
For me, the "op" of the movie was a very good song, as was most of the soundtrack. That said, there were a few songs that didn't catch me all too much, so that's why I'm not giving the sound a higher rating. There's not necessary anything wrong with the music, it just personally isn't adding anything to me.
Character (10/10):
As per usual, I adore nearly all of the characters in Bungou Stray Dogs, and Dead Apple was no exception. I think the bit they included with Atsushi (to keep this as vague as possible) was definitely something interesting I hadn't expected to touch on. The connection that was right under our noses the entire time was obvious, but the actual EVENT was far from what I expected. All the characters made me feel good and I was (and I may be a little biased saying this) extremely pleased to see more of Chuuya even if he was still not in it as much as Atsushi, Akutagawa, etc. It was more than I was used to, and I definitely think he got deserved screen time.
Enjoyment (10/10):
It's obvious by now, but I enjoyed the movie greatly. I assumed I would like it from the moment I heard there would be a movie, but it exceeded my expectations even then. I was completely sucked in the entire time and there wasn't a moment that I felt bored. In fact, I was a bit sad once it ended because I realized the joy I was feeling from it wouldn't continue since there wasn't much more. It was really something I enjoyed from start to finish and I would've seen it multiple times if I wasn't busy
Overall (10/10):
Bungou Stray Dogs Dead Apple was a masterpiece and I don't feel like I'm over exaggerating when I say that. I'm surprised that the rating on here is as low as it is, especially considering the feedback I heard from others. The movie was incredible in every shape and form. I will definitely be buying this movie the moment I get a chance.

Story (6/10):
For me, the story had a good concept. It was interesting that these girls all had different reasons for wanting to grow, for wanting to go to Antarctica, but... I don't know. The story wasn't exactly BAD per say, but it felt like it was taking too long to reach the point. I stopped on episode 4 and it still seemed like they were nowhere close to reaching Antarctica. I'm not saying it needs to be simple but... I don't know, I just felt like it wasn't interesting at all to me as I kept watching.
Art (9/10):
The art itself, I must admit, is quite
...
pleasing to look at. It's a soft art style but it's really appealing to my eye. I think it was one of the things I better liked about the anime.
Sound (5/10):
I really don't have much to say about it other than "eh." None of the tracks were really interesting to me regardless. Not necessarily bad, but not music that I care enough about to listen to consistently.
Character (7/10):
The characters were entertaining enough and I enjoyed seeing them laugh and interact and I thought they were pretty cute. I like how they all had their own issues and aspirations and are unique in every way. I wasn't particularly attached to them in a way that I could rate this higher than a 7 though.
Enjoyment (6/10):
As I said before about the story, it wasn't necessarily bad, but it didn't grab me in the way that it grabbed others. To be honest, I started this on a whim because MANY people told me they loved it and recommended it and I thought that maybe I should stop being hard on it and give it a try. Unfortunately, it didn't work out the way I thought it would. It just isn't really my type of show at the end of the day.
Overall (6/10):
I seem to be the odd one out in this one with one of the lower ratings on the series. I don't necessarily think it's bad, but I don't think it's anything even remotely close to a masterpiece, nor did I think it was worth continuing. That said, I would still suggest this to someone else because it seems like more people liked it than disliked it like myself. I just have never particularly been one for this type of anime and I knew that going in, but thought I would at least try it like many others recommended to me.

Story (3/10):
For me, the story didn't capture my attention at all. I gave it the good "watch the first 4 episodes" test and could barely make it through the 4th one. I know that the origin of this adaptation is from a game, but in my experience, most game to anime adaptations aren't that successful and interesting. I guess it's pretty hard to write an adaptation on something that's supposed to interact with viewers in a different way.
Art (9/10):
Unfortunately, the art style for this series is beautiful. I love the coloring, the style, the animation, and just everything about the art. It made me really
...
want to like the show, but I couldn't continue with it just because the art was nice to look at.
Sound (5/10):
The sound didn't do anything in particular for me, but I admit that the op was a good one and I enjoyed it. Everything else wasn't memorable for me and I can't say that it stuck as a set of tracks I'd go desperately looking for to listen to again.
Character (7/10):
Most of the characters I really enjoyed! It was another aspect about this anime that made it really unfortunate that the story is so...uninteresting. I liked their dynamics with one another despite being so different and I liked that each and every personality was different from one another. It made the viewers have a variety, not just a big lump of similar people all in one place.
Enjoyment (4/10):
My official rating for this show was a 4 and I can easily say that my enjoyment level is the same number. I wanted to like this show, especially because I was recommended this one by someone close to me, but I just couldn't get into it. The plot wasn't interesting and I couldn't stick to a show just because the art was nice and the characters interested me.
Overall (4/10):
I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. If someone likes it, good on them, but it personally was stale and could've been so much better as far as the plot goes. It definitely seems like most of their effort went to the art and the personalities of the characters, but if only the studio has delivered the same for the story. If that were the case, maybe I would be writing a different review right now.

Story 7/10 :
For me, the story kept my attention through the entire show and I was pleasantly surprised and intrigued to learn more and more about this mysterious land as the characters did. I liked how it was shrouded in mystery, leaving me confused at some moments as to what exactly was going on before my eyes. I do admit that at some moments it left me a little too confused, hence why I'm rating this show a 7/10 for story, but luckily it wasn't too long for me to lose interest in it's concept. It was a very unique idea that had me hooked
...
on the concept from the beginning.
Art 9/10:
I really loved the art style in this anime. It wasn't the most beautiful I'd seen by any means, but it was definitely an anime that had visuals I really enjoyed. There were some especially beautiful shots in the anime that I will recall and remember fondly and I think that speaks volumes.
Sound 6/10:
I can't say that the sound was particularly overwhelming for me, but it wasn't necessarily bad either. The ed track was very nice, I wasn't that interested in the op, and the music in the actual show wasn't too memorable for me.
Character 7/10:
I must say that I did like a lot of the characters in this show. Lykos, Ouni, Chakuro, were probably the ones that kept my attention the most. That said, even with characters I did like, I can't say that all of them were memorable. The ones that caught my attention my most are memorable to me of course, but others characters? I can't say the same. I don't think they were necessarily bad characters, but they weren't so special that I would remember them and how they stuck with me.
Enjoyment 8/10:
Regardless of everything I've said so far, I really did enjoy the anime enough to give it a solid 8. I binged the show from episode 3 to 12 in one sitting if that says anything at all. I wanted to know more about the story as it progressed and I can say without a doubt that knowing more is coming makes me excited for what the future holds with this story. I'm hoping for the best, as well as to learn more about characters (new and old) along the way and what's to come for the characters as they enter the new world.
Overall 8/10:
I would definitely recommend this anime to anyone who may have the slightest interest in it. I'm actually quite surprised at the amount of low rating reviews I've seen for this anime so far. I think it's a little harsh to give the rating anything lower than a 7 as an overall rating, simply because it doesn't deserve it. That said, the anime is not for everyone, as is every show. I think it's definitely worth a try, but if it does nothing for you, then that's okay. But give it a chance? I think you may find it'll be worth your while.

Story 7 / 10:
The story was entertaining enough that it kept my attention, but I do admit that there were moments when it seemed a bit jumpy with sudden throw ins of certain things. That said, the story was MOSTLY well kept together and was enjoyable nonetheless.
Art 5 / 10:
Truthfully the art wasn't anything special for me. It was average. Nothing overly appealing, but not the worst I've ever seen either.
Sound 5 / 10
I feel the same about the sound as I do with the art. I didn't really care much about the op or ed and I feel similarly with the soundtrack. There wasn't
...
anything that I wanted to listen to over and over again. It was just music, but not music I particularly cared about or hated.
Character 7 / 10
I have to say there were some characters that I really loved an enjoyed while there were others that I liked but didn't think too much of. There were a lot of characters that just showed up every once in a while that I didn't care much for but I didn't hate either. Lin and Banba's relationship was very enjoyable for me, but they were also the most entertaining characters for me with Lin being my favorite overall. I think learning about Lin's past was quite nice too and I hadn't expected the show to delve into that so it was a nice surprise that made him more enjoyable for me.
Enjoyment 8 / 10
Despite what I've said so far, Hakata Tonkotsu Ramens was definitely a show I was excited for weekly. I wanted to see it come around week by week and I'm definitely glad I continued with it up until the very end because I can definitely say it was worth my time.
Overall 8 / 10
At the end of the day this show gets an 8 because while some factors of it may not be particularly special, I enjoyed it enough that I can't possibly rate it any lower than an 8. I would definitely recommend it to others and I would watch it again maybe once more just because I enjoyed the characters I liked so much. It's going to be a series that I'll miss quite a bit now that it's over.

Story 8 / 10:
For me the story really kept my attention from beginning to end. I was interested in it even with some of the "filler" episodes with side stories for some of the main characters. I think it was a very engaging story up until the very end and while I predicted a few of the plot points along the way, most of the reveals were surprising to me and that kept the story even more interesting. While it didn't move me to tears myself, there were also plenty of moments that struck my heart and I think that's effective.
Art 7 / 10:
The art
...
wasn't overly outstanding to me, yet good enough to see some moments and go "oh, that's nice." Like I said, it wasn't anything higher than a 7 by any means, but I definitely think it would be doing it a great shame to rate it any lower than good. There are some moments where the art and animation really do stand out and others where it isn't as interesting, so that's something one has to consider.
Sound 6 / 10
The soundtrack was alright to me. There were some good ones in there (the first op being one of those for me), but the music didn't particularly do anything for me worth mentioning otherwise.
Character 9 / 10
The characters were EXTREMELY enjoyable for me the entire time I was watching the series. Luke was my favorite from the beginning (as predictable as I am with my character favorite types), but the rest of the characters were just as appealing to me! Even the antagonists interested me even if we didn't get to know them on the same personal level as the main characters (unless you count Luke's father, I suppose). All of their backstories and how they acted and interacted with one another made them extremely likable in every way.
Enjoyment 9 / 10
I really enjoyed Garo: Vanishing Line from beginning to end. While I may have mentioned that Garo didn't make me cry earlier on, I must say that it ALMOST made me cry a few times because I was touched. It also made me smile and laugh and I was excited for a new episode every week. It is definitely a show I feel sadness about it's ending and feel as if I'm missing a little piece of Friday now that it's all over.
Overall 8 / 10
I give this show an 8 at the end of the day because while there are some portions of it that are considered average, at the end of the day Garo: Vanishing Line was a very entertaining show that kept my attention and excitement every week for the past 24 episodes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would rewatch it at any given chance.

While this is just for Ajin s2, my opinions of Ajin overall apply here.
From the beginning, I was intrigued by it right away. The entire idea of it was very interesting to me. All the characters were likable for me (well, maybe except for Sato; the guy frustrated me to no end! Though I'm sure that's what he was supposed to do) and I was interested in what would happen to all of them. Kei, Kai, and Kou were the ones that interested me the most.
I was one of the people who wasn't turned off by the CGI Ajin provided. That said, I still rated
...
the art an 8. It was good, but it wasn't anything that was especially fancy. I just believe that the CGI is definitely not a reason to dislike this anime especially with the story it provides.
The story is loosely about civil rights, war, and terrorism and I think that's made quite clear in every moment of Ajin. Sato is a terrorist that drove me to confusion at how he knew every outcome of their plans and how he was never fazed by anything even until the very end. It made the feelings of frustration very real on my end too.
Overall, I definitely recommend Ajin to anyone who may be intrigued by it or hear about it from someone else. It was 100% a show I enjoyed from moment to end.

Before I started becoming interested in Mahoutsukai no Yome, I heard somewhere that you should watch the OVAs after the series finishes airing. I knew that these came out earlier, and while I was anxious to know what they held, I waited patiently. I'm glad that I did.
I think watching the OVAs after you've seen the entire series helps you appreciate them better. It makes them seem more like a reveal of Chise's past in specific more than what they show in the series. You get to see what happened to her between the times that her mother died and before she was bought by
...
Elias. If you watched it without the original series in mind, it may just seem like a little side story. I definitely would recommend rewatching them after the original series.
While it didn't move me to tears, I think that this story was emotional in it's own way. It was very nice to see Chise's relationship with Miura and it was emotional to see what happened with it at the end of the day. I hadn't expected the story to take that kind of turn at the end. Each part of this OVA was beautiful and I enjoyed every part of it and would recommend it to anyone.

For me, Mahoutsukai no Yome is one step short of a masterpiece. It's that close. I remember at first being slightly thrown off by the fact that Elias and Chise were meant to have some sort of romance attached to them. It seemed strange to me, but I continued regardless. I am incredibly happy that I did.
Their "romance" (or whatever you'd like to call it since it's hardly that) is quite the interesting relationship, and while I definitely wouldn't call it healthy on all regards, it grows. That is something that I can appreciate. Chise grows from not caring how she thinks of him, to
...
caring, to caring while simultaneously knowing that she won't take anything from him. That's something I think is really beautiful considering what type of life she's lived up until this point.
Chise is a lovely character if I might add. I love how all the characters are written in the show, but her especially. Her growth in attempt to find self love and let things go is something that speaks to me, because while my life is nothing like hers, her fight for self love is relatable and speaks to me. The talk she has with Nevin is a talk that always moves me to tears no matter what, as it's just a reminder that there is always worth in who you are and that you are always making someone happy somewhere.
The sound and art is also quite beautiful. I'm not as much of a fan of the second op and ed as I am with the first, but they are still lovely all in their own right. Overall I would definitely recommend this story to anyone. Everything about it is beautiful from beginning to end and there was not one moment that I wasn't interested in Chise, Elias, or the creativity that this world brings to life.
