Story:
The most important part of an anime is the story, at least for me, and when it came to this Baccano certainly fulfilled its share of the bargain. Its story is fairly original and when it comes to the execution of it I haven't seen anything done quite like this had. To me black lagoon is in a great anime and one I watch and re-watch on a daily basis and here's why.
This may sound slightly strange but it's a refreshingly violent anime and one in which the violence isn't portrayed as a negative thing like some anime's. The main characters love violence and as you watch more and more you will see why. The violence isn't downplayed as something "the hero must do achieve his goals" because there's no hero like character. And this is why it's refreshing because it's good to see an anime that has violence for the sake of violence and ...

I know its a bit early to be writing a review of a show after only five episodes but I've already made up my mind about it. It is quite a funny anime with a fair bit of nudity (which for me is a good thing). The plot so far is kind of non-existent but i suppose with the ecchi/ harem genre it is hard to get a good plot in. This is an unforgettable anime series and for anyone who is a fan of the harem genre it will be a great addition to your collection. It has an extremely addictive story line that always leaves you wanting more. The characters in it are instantly likable and you find yourself getting instantly attached to them and wanting to know their back story (especially kusano). It has a perfect mix of atmosphere that will see you crying and laughing throughout it. To summarize then, the characters are lovable, the story-line is addictive and the general viewing experience is outstanding. A masterpiece if i ever saw one.

Fate/stay night

Finished watching fate/stay night yesterday, the anime has a great ending and is well worth watching through the 24 episodes just to get to it. However, it is a bit slow it delivering that ending and at some points you do want it to hurry up a bit. There is quite a lot of repetitive dialog which does get annoying, but its hard to find anything without repetitive dialog. These problems however are very small compared to the impact that the show delivers. Overall it is well worth watching and no doubt re-watching. Unmissable!
