In some moments, I am very happy to be french since I get to read and complete a beloved manga series before anyone else.

I loved this series and while I was so frustrated for around 20 long chapters during the middle of the story, the end result was so satisfying that I could not give it less than 9.

I am so happy that the author didn't end it with chapter 44 and continued on with 3 more volumes, it made the conclusion 100% more satisfying instead of lacking.

The manga was just so enjoyable to read and the romance amazing which is why I had never ... been so frustrated by a manga part in a long while, but all the character's decisions made sense and didn't feel unnatural so even the worst part of the manga didn't feel unnatural in the least.

I had such a good time reading this story and it gave me such a smile, it also educated me on topics i knew nothing about, a great romance manga and easily one of the best ones of the last decade.

Since I'm the first ever reader for this one, i'll give my account.

I read this all in 6 hours. That's how much I enjoyed it.
I loved the characters, the story was very good but was sometimes cliche however with some misunderstanding and miscommunication in the first half.
The second half of this manhwa is when it shines.
Where it takes each character to their own self discovery and journey.

THe characters are pretty great and some come later that really add to the mix.

The characters we hate the most are mostly in the first half and then they disappear which is weirdly when the enjoyement of the manhwa ... intensifies.

There is one character (the bad boy) however that doesn't get the greatest treatment in the second half (he was my favourite in the first half). But then they change him a bit too much and I though his resolution was not the greatest.

But outside of that, all the other main characters grow through the story and become more interesting with their chemistry between each other growing as well.

A great read.

It was pretty good but was imperfect and clunky at times. It didn't flow as well as I wished. The two characters are well characterized but no one really stands out outside of them unfortunately.
But it's still pretty great particularly because we don't get enough yuri and it's a well done OVA. the animation is good and the music lends itself well.


I also did read the source material a year ago and i can't believe I've been waiting for a whole year for it to come out since hearing about it.

I'm however sad the animators still haven't gotten paid by the producers who went in ... hiding when we actually see the hard work that went behind it.

I thought that was a french or american cartoon!!!!

I thought Pokemon was the first ever anime i watched as a kid!!!!

Well I guess it was a retelling of this jules vernes classic that was my first forray into anime territory.


It's a review 15 years too late so i don't remember much otherwise that as a kid i used to love this maybe mostly because of the epic story.

... The fact that it was a whole 26 episode to translate the story helped show its epic scale more than the movie with jackie chan which i saw previously.

Anyway it's good fun and great for 8 year old kids, it was for me at least.
