i get what you mean that the adaptation 'isn't up to the mark', the manga is just so awesome and beautiful for the anime to be able to convey it all, but they did a great work! and yessssss i love Sasamiya's manga and being able to watch them animated is so good. and decently animated! i mean, the bar for BL is on the fucking ground almost, we barely get anything animated and the ones that were animated in the past are so bad.... but in the past few years BL anime has become way better! and Sasaki to Miyano shows that it has become better (there are some other examples obviously). the manga is better but the anime is also very good. have you read Sasamiya's manga? if not i totally recommend it!
i've heard good things about My Dress Up Darling so i plan on checking it out eventually, eventhough i don't usually watch or like romance. i have to watch the last season of AOT but i want to finish the manga first 😫 so much to do and i'm here busy af
actually i haven't read the last 4 chapters of vnc. i'm trying to accumulate more chapters to read later, and since i have been so busy it's easy to let things accumulate. that way i have more chapters to read all at once. usually with the series i love i read the chapters as soon as they drop, but the past months i decided to just let them accumulate and then binge read all of them when i have time.

oh yes. jun's art is just wonderful and the covers are SO PRETTY. holy hell. i usually have one of the covers as my phone background (i have one now lmao). they're so damn beautiful. her manga really shines through the art. i mean, the stories are also damn good but the art is astonishing.

yes but i only watched season 1 yet. plan to watch the 2nd too. hmm my fac character would be yato but i really like hiyori too. i usually don't like female mc's because they're usually annoying, weak, an hindrance in most battle/danger situations and are there only for romance/ for the male mc to rescue and fall in love with. and boy do i hate nonsensical romance in my action anime/movies/series. but hiyori is so not like that. she's determined, helpful, has a good personality and isn't there just for romance plot. wbu?
