Allison & Lillia is an anime that is different from most. It has a sense of mystery and adventure with it. Some storylines you can actually try to figure out the mystery with them. It has a lot to do with the military and I am 100% against wars and armies but I absolutely love this anime.
Story: 10
The story is seperated into mostly 4 episode storlyines, each taking place in a different season. The first 13 episodes is about Allison and Wil, and the second 13 episodes is about Lillia (Allison's daughter) and Treize. I personally liked Allison's Arc better, but Lillia's Arc comes in
...
a very close second place. They are both very interesting to watch. Lillia's Arc is a tad repetitive but it still has it's own little quality.
Art: 9
The art is really beautiful. Very different from most anime styles. The cahracters appear as if they look like they are made of rubber. But you get used to it really quickly. Lots of detail were put into this anime, especially in the planes and trains. The animation was also very flawless and it did look like it was done very professionally.
Sound: 10
The opening theme "Tameiki no Hashi" is very unusual. Unusual in a good way though. Your first time hearing it you might be thinking "o.o" but after you hear it the next time you really here it's true beauty. The ending theme "Sayonara no Omajinai" also has that same quality. The score for this anime also is very beautiful. They place each piece of music perfectly with each scene. The voices for this show also are very professionally picked. They fit perfectly with each character and really bring them to life.
Character: 10
Each character has it's own defined personality (each main character that is). They each have their own special look and feel to them and their voice actors really bring them to life.
Enjoyment: 10
After each episode I couldn't wait to watch the next one! I was so into it! Each episode left you dying for more and you couldn't wait to find out what happened next! I loved loved LOVED it!
Overall: 10
If you like any type of anime, I highly suggest this. There is violence, mystery, drama, chases, action, adventure, and girls with somewhat large eyes (somewhat is the keyword there). If you want ecchi or hentai though, don't stop here (well you should anyway XD).

Story: The story for this is fairly original. The first half is extremely extremely extremely boring but after about episode 15 the story takes a drastic turn. It gets really good! What's very interesting about the storyline is that there are a bunch of subplots that don't move the main storyline along. They are basically filler subplots. But the subplots are the best part of the story! They're sooo much better than the main plot. Without the subplots this show would be super boring. The reason that the story is only getting a 6/10 is because the ending is pretty disappointing. The main conflict barely
...
gets a resolution. It has a cliffhanger ending, but it's a small cliffhanger.
Art: This probably has some of the worst art that I have ever seen. It looks as if they tried to make the big eyes on all the characters work, but it just is an epic fail. The only character to pull it off is Yuzuyu. The colors are also not very enjoyable to look at for long periods of time. The animation has flaws everywhere and definitely could be improved. The animation in the opening theme also made me drop the series before I even saw the actual animation of the anime.
Sound: The opening and ending themes are really beautiful and really helped bring the sound rating up. The background score was highly disappointing. Featuring mostly midi-type songs you would found in an old Pokemon video game, it's really bad. There are some really pretty piano/violin tracks though. The vocal cast could use a lot of work. Some of the characters sound robotic and like they are reading the script for the first time. The voices of some aren't very enjoyable to listen to either. But Yuzuyu's voice actress was able to pull off the tone of a four-year-old really well.
Character: The main character, Kippei, is the average guy who thinks all the girls like him. It's nice to see his character change over the course of the series by spending so much time with Yuzuyu. Yuzuyu is probably one of the easiest characters to like in this series. Kokoro on the other hand, is probably one of the hardest. She gives out mixed signals all the time and she can get rather annoying.
Enjoyment: Although the first half of the series was torture to get through, the second half get me interested for most of it. Really good and if you have the patience to get through the first 14 episodes, you will find a series that was well worth your time.
Overall: If you need an anime with superb art, an amazing score, and every character is likeable then this anime is not for you. If you want an anime with a story that will make you laugh and even make you cry at some points, then this is the anime for you!

Air in Summer is a 2 episode special that shows more of what happened during episode 8 of the anime series Air.
Story:
The really is no beginning and there really is no end. If you want a beginning and an end watch Air. You should watch Air before this, because if you don't you will be pretty confused.
Art:
Just like the series, the art is fantastic. Flawless animation. Another spectacular job done by KyoAni.
Sound:
The opening theme, "Tori no Uta, and the ending theme, "Farewell Song", stay. I love that =3 The background score stays but the background score has a select number of songs that are
...
played for the Summer arc, and those songs are mostly played here, so we don't get to hear the full score as we do in the anime series.
Character:
Kanna, Ryuuya, and Uraha are the main characters. There are a few side characters, but not too many. Each character gets developed further, particularly Ryuuya, and you get to learn more and more about their past.
Enjoyment:
I completely enjoyed the anime so I had high expectations of this, and they exceeded my expectations. =3
Overall:
If you have seen Air I highly suggest you watch this. If you have seen the Air Movie then you still might be a little confused while watching this, so watch the anime series first.

The movie of my favorite anime of all time, Air! I was severly disappointed with this and I will go into further detail in my review.
Story:
For the most part the story stayed true to the anime (which was the true story). This stayed with Yukito and Misuzu, and only had Kano and Minagi and Michiru as characters taht didnt even talk. They even turned Michiru into one of the children that watches the puppet show! WHAT THE HELL?!? Anyways. Very romantic. They focus more on romance :\ Hate it.
Art:
Sucks. Toei Animation failed epicly on this. Comapred to KyoAni's OUTSTANDING anime, this was just horrible.
Sound:
The opening
...
theme was kept and the ending theme (partially) but was also split with a shitty new one. The insert song also was played at the wrong time. The new background score also was poo.
Character:
No new characters. Focuses mostly on Yukito and Misuzu and their family making the other characters of Air just kinda town citizens taht don't speak.
Enjoyment:
I couldn't wait for it to end.
Overall:
Although I hated this, I have rewatched the movei 10 times cause I love Air and will watch anything related to it =3

Time to review my favorite series of all time. Air. I have seen this series over 20 times, and still continue to rewatch it. I am absolutely in love with it.
Story:
The story is very unique and genuine. You follow around the new guy in town, named Yukito Kunisaki. He meets a girl named Misuzu with a very strange past. It's almost painful to hear about it. Such a beautiful and kind girl with such a hard life. The story moves at a very fast rate, as it is too short to move slow.
Art:
Kyoto Animation did this, so obviously it is going to be amazing but
...
wow. The art and animation is flawless. Beautiful!
Sound:
The opening theme "Tori no Uta" sung by Lia is amazing. My favorite opening theme of all time. The score mostly consisted of piano tracks and electronic keyboards, but it fit so beautifully with the show. The insert song "Aozora" makes me tear up everytime I hear it. And the ending theme, "Farewell Song" is one of my favorite songs.
Character:
There are very few characters in this series, but they are all incredibly important. Yukito is the main lead with other leads being taken by Misuzu, Kano, and Minagi, all with a different story. Very sad and touching stories.
Enjoyment:
If I didn't enjoy this I don't think I would keep re-watching it over and over and over again.
Overall:
Beautiful story and I highly recommend this to anyone, even if they don't like anime. Make sure you have tons and tons of tissues though.

This is the "prelude" to the second season of Ai Yori Aoshi. I don't know how this a prelude, but I guess it is.
Story:
Just stupid. No point whatsoever. Aoi becomes a Santa Claus and decides to grant Kaoru a wish. This takes place one year before the first episode of Ai Yori Aoshi, just as background knowledge.
Art:
The art was up to standards, but wasn't perfect.
Sound:
Average quality of sound. Not great but definitely not the worst.
...
Character:
It is mostly about Aoi and Kaoru, which is good but Aoi being a Santa Claus is just weird.
Enjoyment:
I didn't enjoy it. I was happy when it ended.
Overall:
Don't waste your time watching this. Even if you are a hardcore fan of the series, don't waste your time.

Oh em gee. I didn't think it was possible! A sequel that is BETTER than the original series! Well I guess there's a first for everything.
Story:
The story picks up 2 years after the ending of Ai Yori Aoshi. Kaoru, Aoi, Tina, Taeko, Miyabi, and Chika still live together and Mayu is still the daily guest. Everybody's a little older but pretty much the same. There really is no time in this sequel for the story to drag as the series itself is so short, so the story moves along at a nice pace. Every character gets a "love-episode" with Kaoru, and each episode was very
...
enjoyable to watch.
Art:
Beautiful! Beautiful colors, beautiful animation. Just outstanding. There isn't as much ecchi in this season, but there still is some, but not as over-done and badly portraid as in the original. The eyecatches (the things that split the episode at where the commercial goes) run long though.
Sound:
The opening theme, "Takaramono" is just lovely. If you liked "Towa no Hana" then you will like this. "Towa no Hana" is played once during the course of the series though ;) The ending theme, "I Do!" isn't as enjoyable. The special ending theme, "Presence", is also decent but not my favorite. The original soundtrack is pretty much used with a few new tracks.
Character:
Every character is developed further, particularly the character of Tina Foster. There's really no new characters except for Chika's friends.
Enjoyment:
Completely enjoyed. Enjoyed it a heck of a lot more than I enjoyed the first season.
Overall:
If you have seen the first season, then don't hesitate for a moment to watch this. It is better than the original, and the story is moving. Just know that you might wanna buy a tissue box =]]

Very good anime. I liked it. If you liked Ah! My Goddess, you'll like this. Unless you don't like ecchi.
Story:
The main storyline did drift off at some points, and there were non-important side stories that had no real point but overall the story was very unique.
Art:
The art was very bright but the animation was not the best I've seen.
Sound:
The opening theme was abosutely beautiful with an ok ending theme. The two special ending themes were also just ok. Didn't care too much for the insert song. The background score is nice but I wouldn't listen to it without watching the anime. The vocal cast was
...
really good though and really fit the characters.
Character:
The two main characters, Kaoru and Aoi, are very developed. This anime has a lot of non-important side characters though. Such as Tina, Taeko, and Miyabi but the ones that really have no point are Mayu and Chika. Chika's tan is also really dumb.
Enjoyment:
I've seen this series twice and I enjoyed it both times ^.^
Overall:
If you want a not-so-strong storyline, ecchi, and romance then this anime is for you!

First off let's start with this. AMAZING movie! One of the best movies EVER! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that THAT'S outta the way, let's get on to my review :)
Story:
On a scale of 1-5, I give this a 10. Seriously. The story was so thought-out and well planned that you don't get bored for a second. It is always moving and you can't wait to find out what happens next.
Art:
This was made in 2000 so of course the art isn't going to be like what we see now-a-days in anime. The art looked like it was a mix between between the tv series and the OVAs. I
...
give this a 7.
Sound:
I kinda wish they would've had a better background score for this. The background selections were nice to listen to, but I wouldn't listen to them without the movie. The ending song that the Goddesses sang wasn't that good and the ending theme wasn't all that amazing either. But they did pay a lot of attention to sound effects. 8
Character:
If you haven't seen at least the OVA or the first season, you will be uterly confused. Seriously. If you have though, then you are in for a treat. All of your favorite characters are back and get further developed and then the new characters come in and they get developed fully. 10
Enjoyment:
As I said earlier, I wasn't bored for a second of this.Well maybe a second every now and then, but not a lot. I give enjoyment a 10
Overall:
9. If the art and sound was better this would've gotten a perfect 10 from me, but really what anime does have a perfect 10? If you are familiar with the Ah! My Goddess franchise, or if you want a really good movie to watch, pick Ah! My Goddess: The Movie! It will NOT be a waste of your time ;)

The 20th anniversary special! Yay! And a rather good special at that! :)
Story:
What an amazing storyline/plot/etc.!!!!!! Nothing like this was in any of the seasons or specials or ovas before! Very unique and definitey well thought out. Score for AMG.
Art:
The art is as wonderful, if not better, as the tv series was. I do believe the colors are richer and of higher quality in this special though.
Sound:
Same as the art. It is just as amazing, if not more amazing, than the sound quality of the tv series. The background tracks also fit really well with the scenes.
...
Character:
Really no time to develop the characters, except for Lind. She is developed pretty good in a 2 episode special and you start to get a feel for who she really is.
Enjoyment:
Although moving slow at some parts, I completely enjoyed this. I could've done without the stupid little "comedy" bits here and there though :\
Overall:
If you have seen anything to do with Ah! My Goddess; the first season, the movie, the ova, the specials, the second season, the manga, etc. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend taht you give this special a shot ;) I just have to warn you now that if you are expecting Belldandy and Keiichi to be more romantical and stuff that this will be a HUGE disappointment on your half.
