Let me put it this way: I try to find and watch good(wholesome) hentai. By using the term good I mean those hentai don't have rape, force sexing, anal sex and so on scenes. Also they aren't about sex slaves, revenge sex and other sick stuff. My "good" hentai are about main characters having sex with each other because they are in love, wife and husband, girlfriend and boyfriend, even siblings or just classmates having sex. Nothing sick happens there. Both sides are enjoying what they are doing. Not like some stupid Porn video which the actors are pretending to have fun and sex. >.<
Yes! This is what hentai are about! People enjoying. They are really enjoying. Not some stupid acting. They cum for real. They sex for real. This is what hentai are. I want to look at it this way. It must be this way. F all those sick stuffs. How can someone get turned on by seeing rape or force sexing while the female character is suffering? sus! Don't ruin your mind with stupid stuff. We are not trashcans. Take this advice from someone has some experience about this. :3
You will take a look at my Anime(Hentai) list. Those are dropped are a not watch. For others please read my tag. That tells you my experience watching them. Don't worry; I am not a sick weirdo and I will recommend you wholesome stuff.

Some Notes:
1. By using nonsense I mean everything that's not wholesome or at least not bearable(oral sex is not wholesome btw). So if I said nonsense about a hentai and didn't recommend it, you would skip it.
2. You can find wholesome hentai yourselves. You may only watch hentai with VANILLA tags. They are guaranteed to have smallest amount of nonsense.
3. These following titles are VNs, but their sex scenes are captured and you can watch them as hentai: "Glass: The Movie", "New Glass: The Movie", "SF: The Movie" and "sisters ~Natsu no Saigo no Hi~". These are MUST WATCH MASTERPIECES. You MUST watch them especially the last one (I am going to play its VN too. It is just too perfect).
