What I enjoyed, hum...
If you mean harem anime(or sort of), there are some good ones you haven't watched such as Amagami SS, Bakemonogatari, Clannad, El Hazard, Hayate no Gotoku, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Maison Ikkoku, MM!, Ore no Imouto, Ranma ½, School Rumble, Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu, Tenchi Muyo series, The iDOLM@STER, Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, Working!!...
Most appealing: Amagami SS or Bakemonogatari;
Best story: Higurashi no Naku Koro ni;
Funniest: School Rumble.
I highly recommend all of them, regardless of liking harems or not, just liking harems make them even better.

Also, if you want something else besides harems, the Legend of the Galactic Heroes is a story of epic proportions, a magnanimous space opera, intelligent and memorable. Quite long though, but it has easily become one of my favourite animu of all time.
Looking at your avatar, I might as well tell you to watch One Piece, the best shounen ever.

There's the good and the bad, this series is a spin-off of Tenchi Muyo, so perhaps I'l take a look at it when I got time.
