Sket Dance is a funny, school-based shounen anime. If you are looking for random laughs, strange characters and censored pukes, this is the right anime for you.
Story-wise, there's no real plot to speak of and I don't think that's really necessary but remember this is based on a manga which is long running so things may start to develop soon.
Art is also good in terms of the character designs and the animation is standard.
I haven't noticed the soundtrack so much, so commenting about only the OP/ED, they are lively enjoyable songs but nothing that gets stuck in your head.
My opinions:
I will not say that ... it is an extremely hilarious anime, but its loud, wacky and fun. Its meant to be a bit childish.
If you're watching without high expectations and looking for an anime that doesn't try too hard, this is it. The exaggerated drama, the weird gags, the outrageous characters all add to the humor of the anime.
Also, there are fun characters like Bossun and the samurai dude and things happen for no reason really, but I'd say that's one of the plus points.
It may not be one of the best anime you'll ever see and I can't talk about the manga, but the plot is next to zero and things just happen and that's the way it is, episode after episode.
The humor isn't witty or anything, the jokes pop out of nowhere and are usually directed towards the characters and their antics, but I would definitely recommend this anime to anyone who's looking for a laid back, fun anime which makes no promises and just lets you feel like you don't have to be serious about everything in life.
Give it a try and see if it suits your taste. As for me, I love the anime, I love the Sket Dan and I look forward to having a good laugh every week :)

This anime is one of the biggest and best EVER.
Don't be fooled by the childish character designs and the happy colors.

The characters have so many layers, the development and unraveling of the story is magnificent and don't even get me started on the animation and sound.

I'm not writing a technical review, I just want to say that Madoka is definitely one of the best anime I've ever seen. I'm still reeling from the last episode, so this is more of an emotional rant as I try to explain why you musn't miss this anime if you call yourself an anime fan.

It has action, drama but ... it never feels generic, never feels re-done and it has tonnes of emotion, power and it punches you in the gut, what with the fate of the characters and the events that bring them together.

There are twists and turns and tears and the 12-episode span of the anime is a roller coaster ride.

If you have not seen it, go watch it NOW. Else you will regret it.

Darker than black! One of my all time favorite anime. The ending of the first season was sort of messed up I was SO happy to hear it was coming back BUT...
I saw the first episode and i thought, "What the heck? What's up with hei? Why's Suou the main character? What the hell's going on? I don't like this."
And then I watched the 2nd episode, 3rd episode, 4th episode, which is all that's been aired and I must say, it is as good as the first season. There are a lot of mysteries to be solved yes, but the action scenes are amazing, ... Suou's not bad and the new contractors are SO KICK ASS.
Since it IS DtB, so far the plot has a lot of loose ends, but its still excellent and I know that as the show goes on, we have loads more in store.
The opening and ending are very nice, the seiyuus are brilliant, the animation is pretty good, it has interesting characters though compared to the first season, a bit more flamboyant, and it keeps you on the edge of your seat as you watch the episode.
If you haven't watched Darker than black, go SEE IT NOW.
If you have but haven't started with this season, SEE IT NOW XD
Overall: 10. Even if its only 4 episodes.

Well, this is a very typical shoujo manga. Hibino is interesting in the beginning, ordinary "old-fashioned" girl and all. She can be strong-willed, but very sensitive.
Kyouta...well, ok he's a BISHIE playboy blah blah blah has a bad history with women but since Hibino is very different compared to the others, falls in love with the ugly duckling who transforms into a pretty princess. They obviously have problems and ups-downs in their relationships...
So.
The art is good, characters are not too bad and the story is sort of...random.
Its still ongoing, a new character has come in, so I'm only reviewing whatever I've read till now.
If you ... want to read a shoujo manga with a hot guy, romance and a relationship, go ahead. It's not too bad, you can read it to pass time or something.
I'll rate this as a SHOUJO (=romance+school life) manga, even though I'm a girl I'm generally into mangas with a good storyline, plot, some action, something that really makes me think. I read this manga just like that, so I'm not going to be too harsh.
