This anime, Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World, was a surprise in many ways.
I happened across it as a recommendation and thought it was some subpar ecchi or perhaps an obscure hentai.
Well... I suppose that could still be said in all honesty.
However, I was pleasantly surprised by this isekai. While the story was not a typical high ambitious plot, I enjoyed it nonetheless.
The art was rather high quality and the animations were smooth.

I enjoyed this anime.
The escalation was a bit fast. Normal-ish humans to some Fate Zero levels in 13 episodes. The fighting was enjoyable though. The plot wasn't great but not terrible either. It didn't like giving answers to questions created, which annoys me. I think that's due to the length of the webtoon it's based on though. If you're some anime snob that only watches the best of the best, you'll probably be disappointed. For a more welcoming viewer looking for entertainment, give it a go. ...

This anime has rather decent art at some moments. Basically the close ups that are meant to keep your attention. The rest is meh.
There is a lot of talking in this anime. Like a lot. Occasionally some star trooper pew pew. It's definitely mostly about the heavy important talking though. It kept my attention for the most part. 14 minutes in... softcore molestation- or maybe more... Eiposde 2. Starts off with molestation... At least it was funny. It's getting old fast though. I do like the animation and art style though. Unfortunately the main character is too powerful make use of the good art and animations beyond flashy one shots. So... very few good fights. Oh, his only weakness seems to be women. Even though he gropes them often. ...

I'm glad I gave this anime a shot despite poor reviews.
Turns out the reviewers were expecting something that they did not get... I just wanted to watch an Isekai. It wasn't a masterpiece, but it kept me entertained and I liked the characters. The beginning felt a bit rushed as if we missed an episode, but I got over that quickly enough to not care. One thing I didn't care for was how the last few episodes started becoming a fanservice trope about female body parts. ... |
