Both titles got romance, comedy, and drama as main themes. Both are showing the hardships of everyday life in their teenage years in their own original way. Some characters are quite similar personality-wise. The vibe of both shows is very similar.

...then you might like Nisekoi add

Both animes have pretty similar main characters. Tsundere girl, that at the beginning hates male MC, but as the story progresses she develops romantic feelings for him. There is also a kind of harem in both Toradora! and Nisekoi. Minori can be compared to Onodera (the main character likes her and she also has feelings for him but is too shy(?) to confess). Ami is like Tsugumi and Marika, she develops romantic feelings toward MC, however without return. Both animes are really enjoyable and have many comedy scenes. Both animes have a wholesome ending, however, you need to read the manga to get the ending of Nisekoi (I'm still not over it why we didn't get a 3rd season!). The overall vibe is almost the same, you can feel it after a few first episodes of Nisekoi.
