A quick note before the review, this show spoils some of the major events in A Certain Scientific Railgun, while Railgun spoils very little of what happens in A Certain Magical Index, if you plan on watching both, watch Railgun first.
Story: 6/10
Nice concept, good setting, poor execution. The show is supposedly set in a relatively high fantsasy AND Sci-Fi setting, yet we see next to none of it. The Esper and Science part of the show ends up being this background mystery, whereas the Magic part is explained and in broad daylight, robbing it of any real mystique.

Side note, this show is a spinoff to A Certain Magical Index, but I watched it before that show, as its own work, and will review it as such.
Story: 6/10. The overall story is good and builds upon itself quite nicely in the end. The "in the end" part is important, because the majority of the episodes feel like self contained side stories that have nothing to do with one another. This is not the case, no episode is unnecessary, all is used in the final grand scheme so to speak. However, it makes the pacing feel awkward and detracts from the enjoyment. Art 8/10. Story 4/10 Now the story wasn't terrible, and there where a few times where I legitimately wanted to jump to the next episode, but it was only 4 or 5 times, and my expectations where rarely met, though there were a few nice twists. Unsurprising score since the story isn't really the main focus of the show, but there was a kinda clear read thread in this season so there is that. Art - 9/10 Well drawn flowy animations, never anything groundbreaking or any sakuga shots but how would anything in this kind of show warrant that kind of extreme animation? Just a few times when zoomed out faces were wierd. Season 2 of my favorite show, I will most definitely be biased but I'll try to give all of the good and the bad.
Story - 10/10 About the same gripes with the story in this season as I had with season 1, that is to say that they leave out some foreshadowing details and interactions that alter the tone of certain moments from "eureka" moments to "aha, that's kinda funny" moments. Most things have been said already so I'll make this review a bit tl;dr
Story: Pacing was worse than season 1, but the story itself wasn't any worse per say, 7/10 Art: Horrendous the first few episodes, got better but even at the end stuff like reflections on Genos' body looked really wierd, 6/10 Sound: Voice acting wasn't always that great, sountrack was worse than season 1 and felt overused quite a lot, especially in one fight where they just restarted the same OST 3 times in a row... 5/10 Character: I don't have a lot too say, 7/10 Enjoyment: Maybe this score had been worse if hand't just binged ...

DISCLAIMER: I've been following a "cut content" series on YouTube, so I might mention differences from the source from time to time, or jumble the show and source together.

Great show that while not ground breaking manages to be original and fun.
Story: 9/10 The story of Re:Creators is really good. However it is a bit absurd which could make it a bit difficult to take completely seriously, although that's not actually a bad thing, good shows should be light from time to time, and it's probably intended.
