...then you might like Yondome wa Iya na Shizokusei Majutsushi add

Death Mage is like a poor man's Overlord. One follows an isekai'd human turned villain who controls a group of villains, while the other follows a double-isekai'd human turned fake-villain/Hero who controls a group of villains and normal people. One starts out extremely overpowered, while the other slowly becomes extremely overpowered. If you like Overlord you should find Death Mage a decent way to pass the time until Volume 15 releases. Just be ware that the world building and writing is far inferior in Death Mage with most things having the depth of "a forgotten country thousands of years ago."

...then you might like Mob Psycho 100 add

Both have espers who are extremely powerful. One is about ghosts and they both show how people aren't comfortable with esper powers.

If you liked One Punch Man add

...then you might like Mob Psycho 100 add

Same creator, different art style but works quite well, similar comedy, really strong main character, has some very crazy twists that you should expect from One but you won't actually expect, and overall is amazing.
