That's because the OVA itself is pretty much an infinitely better of the original anime.
Yes, there are some awesome things on the top ova list...
I've already watched plenty of anime, and the ones I didn't like much I don't usually remember, so most of my list consists of anime that I liked, or ones that I found to be so bad I rememberd them.
I'll still have to check Special A one day, but I'm more foccused on Hellsing Ultimate and reading mangas for now.
Fate/Zero is really that good?

Yes, by the time I got to watch Vampire Knight I didn't know it was shoujo... They just recommended me a good vampire anime, I guess I forgot to check if there was action or not.
Hellsing? You're watching the common one then... It's pretty bad if compared to the OVA. But I just find Hellsing to be awesome. At first I though the original was cool, but I should even rate it down now, after seeing the differences between it and the ova...

Touhou is an game series, featuring many great characters, like Izayoi Sakuya :3
Zombie Loan, I had never heard of it before. Kore wa Zombie desuka is just plain amazing and funny ^-^. It's also very creative. Necromancers, Zombies, Masou-Shoujos and Ninja Vampires... What else do we need ;)?
I've watched in a friend's place some of the few thriller epis of One Piece... I found it to be just "Ok". I don't like One Piece much, it's just... I don't know, too long and crazy for me.

Yes, talking about zombies just like that. The brainless, slow ones that want to eat you n_n
Zombies and Vampires. Even if they're both undead, there's a huge gap between them... Zombies are usually dumb, look and smell like dead corpses, and seek food constantly. Vampires are the masters of the night, elegant and charismatic.
I like Vampires, too, even if my love for them is more recent :P
Vampire Knight, I started watching it once, watched something like five or six episodes, but I was looking for an action vampire anime, so I just put it on hold and went to watch Blood+.
Yeah, Teresa's death was sad... But I found it interesting to know about Clare's past. It took me quite the time to understand that little girl was actually Clare before being a Claymore, and not just a little girl who happened to have the same name.
Yesterday I read it to 121, and I'm waiting for the release of the next chapter. Even if there's no more Teresa, we meet a lot of strong and interesting girls. Also, Clare get's very strong.

What's weird for a Touhou lover... To like zombies? My zombie love come from a long time ago, it's a part of me n_n
Blood + started out to be quite boring... But for being even more bored, I kept watching. Then things started getting interesting... And they just didn't stop, too many story behind everything. I just loved it ^^. I can't say I'm a big fan of the Blood animes, because Blood+ is the only one I watched. The other ones... I think Saya was just too bad-looking in them for me to watch
Teresa was better than Clare in everything, and I hated Clare for not being as good as her. She's a lot better on the manga now, still not better than Teresa, but she could easily defeat all the current 1-9's of the organization at once if she wants to. I choosed Clare because she's the main character, but there are a lot of cool Claymores... Phantom Miria is just amazing, for an example.
HotD had some stupid ecchi scenes indeed. Veery stupid ones. But since I'm a zombie freak, and it's the only anime that focuses on pandemic zombies... I say ti's amazing :3

You just did quite the mistake. Full Metal Alchemist is just terrible.. It's story is far from the one in the manga, and it's just plain... Bad. You should watch FMA Brotherhood. That one follows the manga religiously, and the end is satisfying :D
