Hard to explain myself on here, but if I had to say one thing is that I love the most is adventures. Whether its anime, video games, board games, movies, books, anything that has a good adventure, plot, characters or very good world building is something I'm very interested in. Based on this logic, One Piece takes my number 1 spot because it encompasses these things quite perfectly.
As for my rating scale, my main thing is that I rate each anime on this list on a more relative scale, depending on the genre of the series in question (Action, Sports, Psychological, Horror, etc.). Ex. i think One Piece is better than Bleach, but I wouldn't compare this to Golden Time since they completely different genres. Although Action series are my favourite genre, so it's a little contradiction there :P (Technically it's still One Piece over all, but you get the message already lol *Fanboy Alert)

9/10 - Amazing. Fanboy status.
8/10 - Very good.
7/10 - Good
6/10 - Fine/Solid
5/10 - Super Medium - Meh
4/10 - Dissappointed
3/10 - Trash
2/10 - Why is this even a thing?
1/10 - STOP! NO, JUST STOP! WORST TRASH ASS I HAVE EVER SEEN!
