Both the series involve a protagonist burdened by regret for their pasts. They find a way to make things right by getting a second chance with time travel. Although Time Travel is a key factor, both the shows aim for something entirely different. Both of them focus on human relations rather than focusing on their time travel aspect. People expecting some Quantum Entanglement level explanations should stay clear.

Both have a really similar concept of 'negative emotions' becoming monsters that are invisible to human eye. While Jujutsu Sorcerers deal with these curses in JJK, Noragami has minor and major deities take care of them, one of them being the MC. Both have some really wacky comedy at times and can be serious at others, although JJK is way more action based.

Although Parasyte is far more comparable to Tokyo Ghoul when it comes to Superpowers and stuff, It has some great parallels with Attack on Titan Both series try to depict humanity in a complex light and actually leave you with a lot of existentialism. They'll leave you questioning everything at times with some deep layered philosophy. Also the reason I specifically chose S4P1, is because the MCs in both of these have some really strong character turns.
