I didn't really expect anything from Rozen Maiden. With that said, I became pleasently surprised. It's very sweet, humorous, a bit dark and sometimes a little sad too. Overall, it had me on an emotional roller coaster, and I tend to like that in an anime!
Story: 8/10
The story is perhabs a little difficult to understand at first. I'm not quite sure I understand it completely after watching it, but I'm sure it helps once I finish watching the second season! Hetalia Axis Powers is a fun way to spend a couple of evenings! It's not an anime that requires a lot of thinking, it's a nice way to shot your brain off for a while and you might learn a couple of intersting facts a long the way.
Story: 8/10 The main part of the story revolves around World War 1 and 2. A part from that we get a lot of small side stories like the stories of Italy and the Holy Roman Empire. After reading a lot about Code Geass, I finally pulled myself together and watched both seasons in one weekend. I must say that I'm absolutely blown away by this anime in almost every way!
Story - 9/10: I liked how the story continued to suprise me, even though the whole "I need to take revenge and destroy my evil father" thing seemed a bit cliche at first.
