Well, the graphics. This guy Makoto is very alike to Taichi, Yamato reminds me of Chihaya (the fact that both are very beautiful/cute and they both are kind). I personally liked the both and I think you will too. The main story is quite different but both are very heartwarming stories focuses around friendship and love.

If you liked Gosick add

...then you might like Ikoku Meiro no Croisée The Animation add

I cant say they are too much similar, but the foreign effect of both animes and that cute and innocent love story side (LOL) is somewhat made me do this recommendation. Otherwise Gosick is centered on mystery, but Ikoku is more has a sweet and calm side.

If you liked Kyoukai no Kanata add

...then you might like Noragami add

Both are about spiritual powers, youkai etc. and in many parts of both series you'll find lots of familiarity. Perhaps Yato's social awkwardness is nothing aganist Akihito's pervert self, but in any case both of them are quite entertaining. Kyoukai is has more dark side story compared to Noragami thought.

Well, someone has to recomend this sooner or later anyways. First of all, both of them are Yaoi(Boys Love). They are from the same studio which also the reason their artwork is so (and even too) much similar. Specially main characters of both series (Ritsu and Kotarou) are *the same*. Both have cute romance in it, story is different thought. Anyways if you liked any of them, give the other a try.
