It's not for everyone, that's for sure. Honestly, in many ways, it is repetitive, though I don't necessarily see that as a bad thing. I'm always drawn back to it, no matter what, so I guess that's a sign they're doing something right. As for the length of the grind, I'll be honest, I'm one who likes something like that to be on the shorter side. There's definitely a proper way to do those sorts of things, though.
Good to hear! It's also fun that your bud is in Japan right now. A bit jealous, to say the least. >_>
No worries on that, though. There's always the issue of too many series to watch yet too little time to give.
You should definitely try the forum games sometime. I think most of the active users spend time in there. I frequent the forum games and occasionally post something on the anime discussion forum.
I relate with that too heavily. The realm I play on currently in World of Warcraft used to be High Population but has been Low for the last couple expansions. I've rooted myself too much to ever move, so I'm kinda stuck trying to brave on my own. Just not that fun on MMOs...
Sorry to hear they've dumbed down the game. I'm not against quality of life improvements, but developers can often go too far in trying to attract new audiences. Feels like they forget what makes these kinds of games enjoyable.
If you need help on building your own PC, I'd be glad to oblige or post some sites that I've found useful. I think I've built a total of four/five over my lifetime, so I'm not an expert but I know what's up.
Today's been okay! Pretty good considering how my break has been going so far. Honestly, it's kinda weird because we really havent treated the holiday season like we usually have. Guess we're all just tuckered out after a busy year.
On a side note, since you're so into MMOs, I would seriously have to recommend Net-juu no Susume! The main character is an adult female that's interested quite heavily in the genre, and she's outright adorable. The series treats games and gamers in general with a great deal of respect, not something you'd typically see since a lot of hikikomori are ostracized in the medium. Well worth the watch if you have the time, and it was certainly one of the best series in the Fall 2017 season.
No problem! Thanks for the request. Is there anything specific that you're looking for? In any case I would recommend Steins;Gate if you haven't watched it yet. It is a classic and a must watch imo. I would also recommend Madoka★Magica, Made in Abyss, and Koe no Katachi(this one is a movie).
Good deal! Sent a request, if that's alright, and yeah! I'm here for ya.
I've played a bit of TERA in the past but haven't really touched it in years. How is it right now? Worth revisiting? I don't think I quit playing before because it was unenjoyable, but rather my machine wasn't too great and I'm a stickler for visual lag, lol.
