My twin birthday got a Chocolate Truffle Cream Cake and I got a vanilla bean cake top with macarons. We went to the lake and stayed at the lakehouse for the weekend.
Music is a language. Reading music is like reading a language. One challenge with many/most instruments is the simple mechanics of getting a good sound/tone out of it. The music itself isn't so complex or difficult, but for a beginner, it can just be tough to make one good note!
You can't expect instant gratification. You don't have to have a ton of free time, but you do have to carve out time to play nearly every day, even if it's just for 10-15 minutes. Learning an instrument takes a lot of work, and it's going to be a long time before you sound halfway decent, let alone good. Do not go into it expecting to play your favorite piece. Even if you don't plan to perform in front of others, it's relaxing and meditative.
I really did enjoy it. Although I didn't feel connected to any of the characters, so I wouldn’t say I got emotional, or it hit hard me hard emotionally. Perhaps if I was surprised by the ending, it'd have hit harder. The ending was sad. I did felt extremely connected to both characters as a musician. It has been on my plan to watch list for so many years, but decided to finally watch it.
I have been playing piano since I was 3. I have entered a lot of piano competition both locally and regional and won several awards. I have also taken part in international competition. It takes a tremendous amount of practice and dedication.
I'm American, but I do have a dual citizenship. I was actually born in London, but I do consider myself just American.
I have family from Japan and in different European country.
No, Taylor Swift is in LA. But I would so travel to another country for her concert, like I have to Japan many times for a Kpop concert. If I didn't get a ticket to her LA show, I was thinking of getting a ticket to her international concert.
I have declined a lot of wedding because sometimes I just don't want to go unless it is a very close friends or relatives.
I usually get Thai iced tea or milk tea. Sometime if they have new flavor I might get that.
Depend on how long I'm gone. Sometimes I just put them in a doggie hotel or if I'm gone longer I have a dog sitter.
