It sucks, period.
It has lots of plot-holes, and full of contradictions. Apparently, old-man Krillin is the strongest...
But lets get to the key points on why it sucks:
Story: Very poor. In the beginning, they attempted to recreate the feeling that the original Dragonball had, but they ultimately failed. In later parts of the story, they tried to recreate the Vegeta Saga, and later the Android Saga, but they have failed to keep me entertained. Overall, the story was full of disappointment. Instead of seeing other characters beating the enemies, Goku ends up doing so, which gets kind of repetitive.
