Worth watching?: Yes
Overall review of the story:
When I watched the first 4/6 episodes I was very pleased with how the storyline was going and I felt it did had a lot of potential on it. I thought it was just perfect with how it was going.
First, the particular stories of the characters with their respective social/psychological diseases, they make you sympathize with them and they even turned deep. That's when shounen bat apperars, he seems to somehow become a hero and you also understand his purpose. It gives you the freedom to interpret the stories by yourself and make your own hypothesis, and also you

chose either to like him or not. This idea was great, but it was just an introduction to the whole story which would no longer follow this trail.
Then gradually the plot turns, from focusing on normal people's chaotic situations to shounen bat's true identity.
Alright. That was a good idea. Going on with the random stories, leading to the same end would turn boring. They had to do it. But they screwed up.
I can't understand what happened after the plot twist. The story turned more and more predictable as it was getting close to the end, which by the way, was a complete disappointment. I expected something great about shounen bat's origin, but it was something too ordinary. It seemed like it was made in a rush.
All the singnals sent just to confuse you and somehow return the mistery to the story were just useless, they had nothing to do with the main story, and if they did, they were minor things.
However, it was good. It wasn't awesome like it was during the first episodes, but it kept its something and it was entertaining and the secondary stories semed clever. It had not lost its escense at all, but all the noticeable gap filling in the last 5 episodes and some ridiculous unexplainable events made it annoying.
I would have given it a 6 at the end, but I would also have given it a 10 at the beginning. So I'll keep an 8.
