To start of Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate looks like your typical slice of life anime where the club is having problems. However, this one is different because it incorporates 3 elements that I feel make it unique or special. The first element that I liked was the drama because on the outside you have the typical slice of life vibe, but once the action gets going especially towards the end that is where drama is released. Dialogue is the second element that makes this Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate different because with having presidential elections one would expect to have a lot of dialogue ... to present their points or objectives. the third element which is comedy incorporated well since it was kept at a minimal level and mostly done from the side or supporting characters.

Story: The story was ok, but I feel like it was rushed. There was some parts during the story that just felt ignored or not fully explained. Still what makes the story have a higher score is the drama part because it is nicely done. The last couple of episodes really make up for the lack of drama at first. Comedy wise that didn't hurt the story, and the characters all brought the story together even more.

Sound: The OP and ED are very nice and worth watching every time. Not much to say here besides saying that during those serious scenes the background music really enhances the scene even more. The main song that is the highlight of this anime is the song played by one of the characters who use a harmonica.

Character: The score really doesn't reflect on most of the characters but rather on some of them. Chisato from my perspective had a very complex personality that helped relate or understand her. Michiru another character is one that I liked the most based on how she behaved. Her appearance really makes her stand out from the rest of the characters because she carries that mysterious presence whenever scene shows her by herself pondering.

Enjotment/Overall: I sure wish this anime had a second season because some things could be explained better there, and it would be nice to see maybe time skips of how the school is doing as well. Overall I really enjoyed Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate and the ending really helped bring the number up even more. Despite the low passing score that the story has the characters make up for that and really help make the anime worth watching. the comedy also made me burst into laughter at times so that also incorporated into the overall score.

I'd say for those who want to watch an anime that will make you laugh, yet have a serious tone then Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate is one to watch. Just be prepared for the moderate dialogue. Other than that I will sure remember this anime and the amazing characters it had.

Friendships, reuniting, departure, all of these 3 make the theme of the story. This isn't a dating anime despite Sana being surrounded by girls because he never took the initiative or had interest in any of them other than Nanaka. Aside from that Myself;Yourself revolves around the importance of friendships and why they should be valued.

Story: The moment I saw the first episode I knew this would be a great anime. Story wise I liked it every aspect of it, but I do feel like Sana's background regarding his past was presented too late. Still every character made the story very good. The twins ... with their hilarious comedy, Aoi and her child like voice, Hinako and her pretend to be mature self. Every character added their own qualities and characteristics to make the story strong.

Art: Not much to say here except for the amazing background and character designs. I'm not a fan of red eyes, but Sana's red eyes fit his personality and show his past that he keeps for himself. Aoi on the other hand grew a lot up there, short hair, and still kept that child like voice. Aoi's characteristics sure suit her voice.


Character: My least disliked character was Hoshino not because of what she did, but because of her actions with Sana I didn't really like. The characters I hated the most was that lazy employee always next to the principal because he never stated adequate reasons when a student was in trouble, he always took the principals' side because it was convenient. The other character I hated was Sana's father because of his actions he took. I will never forgive him for that. Nanaka is one of my favorite characters despite being reserved she is a sweet, caring, and also pretty. One thing I will never forget is that pout face she showed.

Did I enjoy Myself;Yourself? Absolutely. Why? 3 reasons, story had my full attention, always wanted to know what the next episode was about, and Nanaka captivated my heart. I hope there's a second season or at least an OVA episode where Sana and the others reunite because the ending was a bit rushed. We can imply what happened, but as viewers we want to see what happens after, not imply what happens.Still I haven't had a good cry since the first anime I watched last year, and Myself;Yourself executed that perfectly, enough to make me cry again. 10/10

I'd like to say Ai Yori Aoshi was a fantastic anime. Both Kaoru and Aoi faced many obstacles that prevented their happiness, but in the end the true feelings are much stronger than obstacles.
The message is very clear here and to me always staying true to ones feelings will overcome almost any obstacle that is put to prevent happiness.

Story: I liked the first part of the introduction story regarding the Sakuraba and Hanabishi family. It was interesting to see every character's background story covered in detail. In my opinion the story did not lack anything, it had comedy, romance, and serious moments as ... well.

Art: For an anime made around 2002 the Art was pretty good. Every character didn't look overused, and the animation was very well done. My only complaint has to be Chika-chan's tanning because she has lighter skin tone in the ares where she has clothes on. I honestly found it annoying with Chika-chan's skin tone lighter in different areas because it made it seem that she had some sort of pigment problem or she wasn't getting her skin vitamins.

Sound: Both Opening songs were fantastic. Honestly the way the Opening songs showed the past of the characters was very well done also. The second opening song is slightly different and in the end it compliments the true feelings of Kaoru and Aoi in the ending.

Character: I was surprised with the way Kaoru behaved throughout the entire series. I was expecting some type of multiple lover issues but that's not the case. Kaoru is a guy who is respectful, has true feelings for someone, and despite being surrounded by girls every day he doesn't let his manly emotions get the best of him. Every character's personality was very well done too. There was a lot of balance in this anime regarding personalities. I was also impressed with Tina because she was a very energetic girl who was open for any adventure, and to see her behave properly at home an not act all hyper was simply impressive.

Enjoyment: Every episode I enjoyed to the fullest. Comedy + Romance make it very interesting to watch in my opinion. The story also played a role because I wanted to know how things were going to end.

Overall: Even if there wasn't a 2nd season the ending was very well done and in my opinion this first season lived up to my expectations. I expected an anime that would make me laugh, keep me wanting for more, and also thinking about the message being sent: Stay true to your feelings and do not lose hope on what you are working for.

Story: For anyone that likes comedy, harem, and some Ecchi type anime then this show offers all that. I loved this anime because every episode was very funny, whether it was from the Ecchi scenes, to the harem, or because one of the characters was just being funny. Aside from that the message sent from this anime was said directly to the main character. I like how the story wasn't the typical "love drama" type anime. Sure there were moments where it showed that but for the most part this anime focused on the comedy rather that the love because the ending left a lot ... to be desired in the love aspect.

Art: Well what's there to not like. The art was very good, the character designs were not plain or overused it was just amazing. Also the hair color for each character looked realistic compared to the other animes where characters have green, blue, purple hair. This one focuses on keeping the art realistic yet enjoyable. I have to say black or brown is not my ideal color for a character's hair color, but in this anime it was very well done since it fit each character's personalities.

Sound: The opening as always followed the theme of the story. Not much to say about sound because it was also very well done.

Character: I don't mind Yozora's personality, she's just like that it can't be helped. Her actions taken do seem rather impulsive and rash at times, but seeing her personality as reserved I can relate to her. Every character's personalities matched their appearance even if some say they hated it. Sena well we all know how she's like, but honestly she's the reason why this anime has so much comedy. She was the character that brought out the comedy in the anime along with Rika. I think to further strengthen this review a third season would be nice because I would be able to give a more broad analysis about Yozora and Sena seeing as how those two seemed to be the focus in the 2nd season.

Enjoyment: Ecchi, Comedy, Harem, School, this anime provides that. I enjoyed every second of it event despite the content showed. There were no boring episodes but I do have to say the ending was rather weak in my opinion because it looked rushed to me.

Overall: I hope Boku Wa Tomadachi gets a 3rd season because it honestly needs one because of the way it ended. I feel as if Yozora needs some more character development because she was rather cautious or reserved from my point of view.

I'll keep this review as short as possible.

The opening of this anime and name of anime makes you think that it will be about 2 girls and 1 guy in a regular love triangle playing around and messing around. Well I was Wrong by a lot. This anime is all about the Psychological factor and how one should make adequate and proper decisions. Moral of the story Do Not cheat on someone and leave relationships alone until one has the maturity to be in one.

Story: For the most part it was decent. It's the regular love triangle at first, but then knowing the main ... guy he's a clueless, perverted guy who knows nothing of relationships. Throughout the story I strongly dislike him for various reasons: Clueless, dense, sex-addict, and irresponsible. The other 2 main girls are just innocent girls who just want a guy who can treat them well, care for them, and respect them. I see no such thing in the story but it does send a powerful message.

Art: Not going much into detail here. The art was good and I really liked the character Art since it was not overused like other animes.

Sound: During those dramatic scenes the background music was very well done. It creates the foreshadowing of events to come and also makes the moment more intense. I suppose the background music during those climatic events make up for the decent story.

Character: The main guy Makoto is a sex-addict, he can't control his urges, and I honestly hate him for what he did to Kotonaha and Sekai. Like I said above he's irresponsible, selfish, clueless, and does not care for another persons feelings. I really liked Sekai because she was mentally strong, responsible, and very passionate about her feelings. I can't blame her for what she did towards the end, but she should have just talked it out with Kotonaha earlier when she started to have feelings for Makoto. Kotonaha I honestly feel sorry for her. Psychologically speaking she was never the same afterwards and I doubt she will ever recover. It's those type of moments where the person says: "If I can't have him/her the no one else can".

Enjoyment: I did not enjoy seeing girls getting treated bad or toyed with. They have feelings and they should be respected and cared for. The guy has urges to have his pleasure time, a simple slap in the face, knee kick, or No should be suffice. The are times when a girl just wants to be comprehended and not used as a sex object because to me I saw this a lot with girls. I felt like being in there and protecting those two, but the main protagonist is just a douchebag. He got what he deserved and paid a heavy price.

Overall: Moral of the story: DON'T Cheat on girls and have the courage to talk things out when the relationship is not working out. Sure the girl will be hurt because of the breakup, but a girl hates being cheated on. Girls prefer honesty over cheating and that is a strong moral I have. I'm an honest person and I can relate to Kotonaha and Sekai.

School Rumble San Gakki really disappointed me because I expected a romantic type ending. The rapid character change also disappointed me. We see Harima as the main protagonist in School Rumble 2nd Semester, and then all of a sudden Karasuma becomes the main character. Rapid character shifting, and personality shifting also ticked me off. Karasuma was pretty annoying in my opinion throughout the School Rumble season because he basically showed little to no emotion at all.

Story: 6
I give it a 6 because the story was crammed into 2 episodes, and in my opinion it didn't really let the viewers see more of Karasuma and Tenma's ... stay at America. I do like that I was able to see a different side of Eri. Other than that the story lacked romance and that to me was its downfall.

Art: 7
If you liked the Art for School Rumble you'll like this one as well.

Sound:
I'm not a fan of Re-using soundtracks, but personally School Rumble's season 1 soundtrack was an ideal choice for these two Ova's.

Character: 5
The writers did a poor job with the character development because in the end nothing was closed. I am still waiting for the real ending of School Rumble which is Harima and Tenma expressing their feelings. Eri on the other hand didn't disappoint me at all. She might have been arrogant, immature, and conceited at times, but deep down I know she was having a hard time expressing her feelings to anyone in general. Eri finally opened up and expressed her feelings by the help of Harima.

Enjoyment: 5
I personally only enjoyed the Eri and Harima scene because it showed me a different view of Eri. Other than that this OVA was a let down.

Overall: 6
I was let down by the sudden shift in main characters, and the mediocre ending. As a viewer of School Rumble I really wanted to see Harima express his feelings to Eri, Yakumo, or Tenma. What did bring the rating up was Eri once again because I wanted to see a different view of Eri. The view of Eri I had before which was conceited,arrogant, and selfish now changed to a caring type girl who wants to be loved for who she is, not because of her rich financial status.
