Seriously though, I don't mind a change of pace and the insights into Torfinn's psychological damage and trauma because of war. The ED song is growing on me as well and has an emotional and heartfelt message and poignancy, that reflects the key themes for this season - love, compassion, and forgiveness.
My other fave recent OPs would be the new 3D Trigun OP and The Raven of the Inner Palace OP. The latest Bleach ED was pretty cool as well.
This has thoughtful words as well as a nice emotive and melodic tune. 'If you wanna cry, use my heart.'

If you like cute music series I'd recommend Bocchi the Rock if you haven't seen it yet. Also, as someone with Thorfinn in their faves, what do you think of the new Vinland Saga (or Clarkson's Farm as I've started calling it)? Hey, there are two more episodes for you to catch up on. That opening song The River is one of the best new songs I've heard in a while.
Yeah, I've heard that the movie is based on the players (trapped in the game) experiences on the first floor. Apparently, a new (movie only) main character called Mito has been introduced and there's more emphasis on Asuna's point of view. The top 4 MAL reviews are all in the 8's and 9's so it sounds like it'll be a great watch, especially for people already invested in the franchise.
I have an idea where you might live although I'm not 100% sure lol, but wherever you do in live, have you seen the new SAO Progressive movie or is it a franchise you're not so interested in?
Yeah, I've got 10 in that list now which is a nice round number. I've got 20 Japanese favorites and 10 US faves, which rounds off to 30 in total. As for the series itself, it has to be one of the best action series in recent memory with some very interesting symbolism and metaphors. The voice acting was also some of the best I've heard and the action scenes were very dynamic and visually stunning. Only 9 episodes long, but each was around the 40 mins mark, and they were each perfectly constructed. I've heard a sequel has been officially confirmed and I can't wait to see that.

Haha. It sounds like an expression I'd use. It kinda sounds antiquated but also with a layer of innuendo underneath! I might watch Arcane tonight. What did you think of it and how does it compare to other US animated series and Japanese anime? I've read that it's supposed to be quiet different from what's come before.
Ah, the League of Legends animated series. I hear it's already a big hit with the fans. When it's available for me, I'll definitely give it a watch. Your phrasing made me laugh...give it a bash. Lol.
Nah, not got round to it yet but 3Below is on my back-burner (pun intended) for when I'm looking for a safe bet with a US animated series. There's also new Amphibia episodes out, as well as the aforementioned DOTA, and loads of new interesting anime titles. I've got more than enough to keep me busy for a long time, but I won't forget about the Tale of Arcadia franchise and 3Below and Wizards. I hope that they'll at least in some ways live up to Trollhunters because that was like the perfect all-encompassing animated series, for me. I'd even say that it was at a similar level to Avatar: The Last Airbender. That's how much I revere it! Anyway, thanks for being the one that initially turned me on to it!
