If Kanokon was real life, we'd live in a world of inverse sexual attraction. Meek little men that look like they'd lose in an armwrestle with a hamster would be getting all the attention from strong overconfident women. I shit you not, the "male lead" here squeals like a weasel and apologises to his deceased grandfather every time girls try to initiate sexual contact with him. I've never been so fucking rustled in my entire life.
The plot... there isn't any. Just one weak boy that was probably manufactured with a flaccid dick and a horde of one dimensional nymphos. They force themselves on him,
...
he starts looking like a rotten tomato and runs away screaming some shit about his grandfather and how immoral sexual activities are. Rinse and repeat - whole 12 episodes. I had to light up a joint and pretend he's just playing hard to get to avoid slamming my monitor against the wall every time he went full retard.
The art was decent however and I imagine this would be the only reason why anyone in their right mind would ever want to watch this perversion of natural selection - ecchi fanservice. There are nicely animated tits and asses in every episode for your viewing pleasure but if that's all you're looking for... just look up hentai. Saves you the headache of wading through this apocalyptic disaster of a "plot".
The sound & OST were horrid at best. The male lead sounds like a castrated chipmunk with guilt issues and the females squirt over his skinny pale ass like he's mandingo. The music will make your ears bleed and the OP & ED themes like the ones here have been confirmed to be the cause of erectile dysfunction in young men across the world.
Enjoyment - there is none. This shit will infuriate any man or woman. It doesn't matter what you believe or where you hail from - this anime is a rape of the natural balance of nature we observe everyday.
Wasted best bud to try to get through this. I'm being extremely lenient when I give this steaming turd 2 points only on the merit of good art.

A wise man once told me - "son, you better study hard or I'm going to beat the fuck out of you right here right now". And he did. When I was in middle school a cute girl I really liked went out with the most athletic rugby player who then smugly told me that she moans like a siren in bed. Pshh, asshole. In my college years I consistently woke up to the sounds of my room mate screaming "harder harder!". Sigh. Finally, in my twenties I realised that all those people were gone from my life and despite all they've unwittingly done to
...
my psyche I started to feel rather lonely. That's 'Oyasumi Punpun' in a tangential nutshell.
But enough of my sentimental autobiography, let's cut to the chase.
The story follows Onodera Punpun and focuses on the struggles his mind experiences to comprehend exactly how humanity operates as he grows up from being a kid. I like the fact that this manga portrays life in its crudest form. We all remember the shit we've done as we grew up and we all have a few skeletons in our closet. Well think of 'Oyasumi Punpun' as a massive skeleton party. Drinks all around!
The cast is full of... people. Alcoholics, violent maniacs, horny sluts, smug loners, idiots, nutcases. And they all interact with each other. Why, you could mistake this work for being the 'local news' section of your town's newspaper. Friendships are formed and broken, relationships consummated and older bearded men run around the streets with their cocks out. And all you do as reader, is watch that world through the eyes of someone who doesn't understand it but is desperately trying to.
The artwork here is absolutely magnificent. I marvelled at Asano's (mangaka) skill at being able to adapt his style to fit the mood every single time. And while on that topic, the style coupled with the story will mostly make you feel depressed and surely reminisce of your younger years. So yes, the artwork is top notch. Every character also feels alive and vibrant, not only because of detail but because the artwork so conspicuously presents their emotions.
You probably won't enjoy this manga; that doesn't mean it's bad. Who the fuck likes waking up in the morning? But apparently it's good for you. Same here. 'Oyasumi Punpun' is an unbiased whole picture of life. We have but a single mind so our views are naturally biased and rational in nature to keep us sane and optimistic. Asano gives you the mind and experiences of every character in this manga, so everything appears without bias... factual... cold... depressing. And then we begin to see that sometimes life can be a lot more cruel than we thought.
One hell of ride this has been. Went so far down the memory lane I forgot where my home was. But don't we all have those moments sometimes?
10 points. A masterpiece.

Around 4 years ago I was one of those people who watched the 1st episode of Kira, gave it a rating of 2 and wrote a review bashing it immensely. Feeling nostalgic lately I've decided to re-watch and complete the series, coming to the realisation that Kira is actually a very fitting conclusion to the Higurashi saga.
While the 1st episode still aims to deliver more fanservice than an avid fan of this series would ever expect to see, it still does so in that creepy mysterious Higurashi way. Many would argue still that it is not the best way to start off a new instalment
...
of a series that mainly focused on drama and the horrific hardships of its characters. However, all of it is done with Higurashi's creepy aura intact and makes perfect sense. It is not as bad as a lot of people (myself included) made it out to be at the time of its release.
Likewise the second episode, though wacky, never derails from Higurashi's main themes. Parallel worlds, mystical fogs that turn Hinamizawa's inhabitants into murderous lunatics etc. It's still all here, albeit under a different packaging.
However the third and fourth episodes are the real highlight of Kira and in my opinion constitute what I'd consider to be one of the best endings to an anime saga ever made.
The third episode touches upon something that we've all known existed since Higurashi's ancient times. The immense sexual tension between Keiichi, the twins and Rena. To have an entire Higurashi episode focused on that aspect alone is a godsend because while present, that sexual tension was never acknowledged by the characters in all the previous series. Now, with the curse broken and Hinamizawa saved, Keiichi and the girls can't dance around the issue any more. It's a hot summer, both parties are really thirsty and it's time to make something happen. Hilarity ensues.
If I was to rate each episode individually, the fourth one would deserve a 10. It is truly a heart-warming conclusion to everything that has happened in Higurashi since the beginning. The episode focuses on the bond between Rika and Hanyuu with a very nostalgic and emotional twist. It's hard to describe it without spoiling the plot but what I can say is that it will take the viewer to the very beginning and back again, rewarding them for having made it this far in the series. You've watched all the horrific suffering the characters go through in Higurashi to uncover the truth and this is the episode that will make you smile and release a sigh of relief.
As for art and sound, they remain unchanged from all the previous releases. Same style, though the quality may have improved a little. Same VAs, same music straight from Higurashi's OST so you feel at home. Same old Higurashi.
All things considered, Kira is a very good follow up to Higurashi Rei and in fact the whole saga. The first two episodes might not be the serious Higurashi we know but then again, the main story arc has ended so they don't have to be. They're a decent break from all the batshit crazy stuff that usually went down in the past. Episode 3 is what we've all wanted to see at some point and 4 is a masterful conclusion to the series.
Kira is a must watch for any Higurashi fan.
Thanks for reading.

On the surface 'Maki-chan to Nau' appears to be a realisation of every straight man's fantasy about the girl next door that would hop on their dick every single day like a crazed lioness in heat for no reason whatsoever. In reality though it's a two way street, as it also caters to a nympho's fantasy about being discovered and violated by said man in ways that would make a pornography major want to rethink his life.
The story is fairly standard for a hentai flick. We have our protagonist Seiichi Sakonji, a young man with a lifelong dry spell who, for some reason, wears the
...
same fucking shirt every single day. One evening while on his apartment's balcony Seiichi is drawn to the sounds of a woman servicing herself and cant help but to investigate the issue further. Enter the heroine, Maki Sanjou. The two immediately bond in an anticlimactic and eerie manner, as if you were watching two soda dispensers come to life and try to hug each other.
The sex scenes in 'Maki-chan to Nau' are mostly risqué in nature. Expect lots of balcony performances, train shenanigans, voyeurism, BDSM etc. There's definitively something for every hentai connoisseur here. The second half of the series also conveniently adds another female character in case anyone was starting to get bored after the first 2 episodes.
While the animation and sex scenes themselves were good, one problem I have with this Hentai is that everything happens too easily. There's no conflict, no effort required on the part of the male lead, no build up to any sexual encounter at all and no attention to detail. I like my porn refined and with a bit of a back story, fuck even the old pizza delivery guy routine will do. 'Maki-chan to Nau' just doesn't have that, there's no emotion here, instead it just goes straight for the climax.
The sound department is a mixed bag. Voice acting itself is decent but the sound effects leave much room for improvement. For the record, sex doesn't sound like a Tesco employee handling jugs of milk. You also get your standard porny music that you might as well have heard in some elevator or a McDonald's commercial.
The animation on the other hand is top notch. Really crisp and detailed. This is where, naturally, the studio focused the most.
All in all, the story is lacking, animation is brilliant and sound, while not a disaster, could be vastly improved upon. Then again, this is porn and if you're here exclusively for the sex (No shit?) then you'll still enjoy it.

"Wait, I'm already inside her." - Protagonist.
Fate/stay night sure is a peculiar show. If I had to describe it in one paragraph, I'd say it's a fantasy & shounen based anime with mythological & religious undertones and what looks like a... good lawd, the tamest romantic component ever to be seen. It also contains numerous eye-brow raising one liners, cringeworthy German and badass fighting scenes. And somehow all this combines to make a decent show.
Let's get to the meat and potatoes. (NOTE: this review is based only on the anime)
Fate/stay night follows the daily life of Emiya Shirou, a 17 year old boy
...
who through hard work and determination exudes a powerful aura of testosterone that attracts his purple headed classmate (Sakura Matou) to make him breakfast and accompany him every single morning. Joining them is Taiga, his naggy and clingy guardian. His days pass blissfully in the company of fine women until the universe decides it has had enough of Emiya's shit and decides to fuck his life up by proclaiming a free for all death match called 'The Holy Grail War' and allowing a bunch of nerds to summon 7 warriors that will serve them and fight for the possession of the Holy Grail, an item said to grant its holder any wish. The heroes summoned are composed of a female knight that shouts every time she swings a sword (Sabre, who will also be Emiya's servant), an archer that doesn't carry a bow (Archer), a pink headed stripper ("Rider"), Schwarzenegger's arc-nemesis (Berserker), LeBlanc (Caster), a mellow long haired swordsman (Assassin)... and some guy called Lancer. A most wondrous of casts, wouldn't you agree?
Fate/stay night largely stays on point when it comes to story and character progression. I can only recall a single fillerish episode but even that one turned out to be plot significant in a way. That's one of the things that I really liked about this show and it's a quality that's not easy to find in Shounen anime. You can also see clear character progression and how that progression affects the links between the members of the cast. An example of this would be Emiya strapping on a major pair of balls and actively supporting his armour-clad sista from another mista instead of squirming away from fights and making her pissed off all the time.
Also it's important to note that this show loves to flex its martial biceps and display only the best of fights for its audience. That's right. No bullshit, no orifices barred, all in Michael Bay style fighting scenes. It's stay/fate night's strong point. The show however tends to get a little too melodramatic and carried away. Be prepared for constant flashbacks and larger-than-life philosophical narratives even during the tiniest of scuffles. It does get a little tedious at times and you wish they'd shut the fuck up and just fight instead of discussing their secret tactics for god knows how long (lol Bleach anyone?). But all in all, the plot will still draw you in, the fights are good and the protagonist is cheesier than an obese skater performing 360s in nothing but aqua coloured latex pants. All as it should be.
The art style and quality is very good even when compared to more recent releases. The animation is fluid all throughout and fights aesthetically pleasing. The voice acting is likewise good, especially all the growls and battle cries. The OST and opening isn't bad but not that special either. I just considered it meh for the entire duration of the series.
Again, the enjoyment section is a very strong point of Fate/stay night. The story is intriguing and interesting, especially that mythological aspect though I can't say exactly what it is to avoid spoiling things. The only lacklustre aspect here is that the romance (which I haven't touched upon at all and for good reason) is extremely tame and slow and I shit you not, it'll take practically the length of the entire series before you'll see any semblance of a classical romance. But then again, it's like expecting romance in DBZ.
8 points overall and I'd generally recommend this to anyone.
Thanks for reading and let me leave you to ponder the meaning of this philosophical statement :
"People die when they are killed."

'Another' is an anime that looks and feels like a great horror detective story. It puts the viewer in a camera room, displays some fucked up stuff on the screens and then expects you to work out what really happened. And just when you think you have an idea of what might be going on, 'Another' busts through the camera room door and starts violently slapping your face until you have no idea what's happening. It then leaves and shows you more fucked up stuff on the screens. And it does it well.
The story is simple. It follows the life of 15 year
...
old Kouichi Sakakibara as he moves to Yomiyama North middle school at the beginning of the series. He's a smart fellow who asks a lot of questions and quickly adapts to his new surroundings. He's also eager to adapt (iykwim) to Mei Misaki, his mysterious eye-patch wearing female classmate. Apparently though, that eye-patch isn't the only mysterious thing about her and as soon as Kouichi makes contact batshit crazy stuff starts to happen. This is your basic premise and the anime builds on that.
For a 12 episode horror series there's a lot of gore here. 'Another' has no qualms about precise, high quality bloody mayhem. This is a huge plus for any horror enthusiast. The way the story ties these bloody events together and slaps you with a plot twist after another is sure to keep you frosty. Spare pair of pants strongly recommended.
The characters are a strong point here. Kouichi is your typical kind of guy caught up in a series of events he does not understand. He tries to keep a straight face when shit gets real but we know that he's quaking underneath. Mei is an emotionless femme fatal who has Kouichi's undivided attention. Watching those two is like watching a National Geographic documentary of a hypnotized Lion following a disinterested Lioness half across the savannah with hyenas tearing animals apart in the background. Good stuff.
We also have a couple of notable supporting characters. The uptight tsundere Izumi Akazawa, the chick in charge of the class, who'd make a good friend to a rock or seaweed. An annoying addition to the cast but she does help make the series complete. The laid back Naoya Teshigawara who is actually a pretty cool character and always tries to help out in his own retarded way. Then there's bookworm Yukari Sakuragi who'd be handy to have around if you ever daydreamt during class (cough Kouichi cough) and forgot to take notes.
There's a horde of other characters - women who like to get smashed on high quality alcoholic beverages, silent psychopathic types, old melodramatic geezers... you get the idea, it's a fun cast all around.
Now with all that said, 'Another' is not without its flaws. For starters this series is too short. It tries to deliver too much plot material in a very short amount of time (only 12 episodes). There was definitely room for more (think Higurashi) and the plot could have easily been spaced out to make this a 24 episode series. And as strong as the plot is ( a solid 9 imo) there are certain things that make the ending very anticlimactic. That is, the ending is unsatisfying and that is quite enough to knock down a point in the story section.
As for the rest - the art is flawless, the gore scenes captivating and the overall tone and art style complements the story well. The sound department however is slightly lacking. The sound effects and voice acting is good but the OST leaves room for improvement. I quite literally failed to notice it and the opening and ending songs don't fit to this particular anime AT ALL, imo.
With all of the above mentioned, the enjoyment section deserves a solid 8 points. You will be intrigued, you might get scared depending on your disposition and sometimes you might just pause the video and ask yourself if that really just happened (dat daydream). A must see for horror fans. Generally however, I'd recommend this to anyone.
All in all, 8 points.
Thank you for reading!

Bible Black is a Hentai that takes sex and violence to a whole new level. There's more psychosis, stabbing and dry ass fucking in here than an average anime watcher would be able to cope with for the remainder of their lives. Yet chillingly enough you don't even notice that because the story is clever in justifying every immorality by victimising the villains or otherwise coming up with some cool story only to have said villains aggressively invade someone's rectum in the very next scene. Very very clever.
But let's not get ahead (get a head lol) of ourselves and start with the story. Bible
...
Black revolves around Taki Minase, surprisingly the protagonist AND antagonist of this Hentai. Seemingly your average high school dude with friends, a childhood crush and potentially a good future. At the start of the series Minase finds himself a magical book that bestows potent seductive powers to its user. Hardly any time passes and our seemingly average Hero starts casting his magic left and right, sliding in and out of multiple women like a fucking bishop in chess.
And that's when the psychotic plot just lets loose. It's not enough that we have plenty of neurotic characters like our "protagonist" or the chicks in the cast but also the themes here will seriously shake you up. Demons with retractable dicks, men getting turned on by women who just brutally stabbed them (although in all fairness any straight man has the ability to be guilty of this one) and more rape than you can shake a stick at.
But the story is genuinely intriguing. The origins of the magical book and the events that surround the place where Minase found it (The night of the walpulgis) is captivating and will make you want to see more. The whole cast will shift places going from villains to victims and vice versa multiple times having done some immoral shit at one point or another in the series, showing just how fragile human nature can be.
But then again this is a Hentai and you're probably not here for the story anyway and thinking "quit stallin' is the sex gud or no!?". Yeah it is. Very good.
In fact, even for 2001-2003 standards this Hentai is probably among the best when it comes to production quality AND sheer innovation. Most Hentai series will feature a 3 second animation (if you're optimistic) looped over a minute or so with slurping sounds that resemble someone speed eating a whole bowl of spaghetti carbonara. Well Bible Black offers high quality animation with constantly changing angles and realistic sound effects & voice acting.
But the quality isn't the only thing. The style itself is very appealing, the positions featured will make any connoisseur drool and the circumstances surrounding certain sex scenes here have the ability to induce arousal in rocks and starfish. They're good.
The enjoyment of this Hentai is something that will be highly relative to the watcher. If you're not into rape or anything remotely immoral you will still enjoy the general plot and the mystery that surrounds it but you'll be missing out on a huge chunk of this series, which is after all, sex based. If on the other hand you're a deviant of this sort of thing then have no fear friend. Close your doors, close your windows, hide yo kids and wife, tell the mail man to deliver the letters to your neighbour and have fun!
I myself enjoyed it for what it is. A tale of realistic human nature that is not afraid to venture deep into the rabbit hole... all while people get ass fucked by demons with retractable dicks.
9 points.
And for FUCKS sake it's not "Jesus Jesus Nester Jesus" but "Sazaz Sazaz Andatsan Sazaz". It's a Kabbalah incantation. Can some please fix those subs.

Brandish is certainly one of the weirder Hentai flicks I've seen even for Japanese standards, despite the fact that their pornography is famously known to contain some of the weirdest shit imaginable on this planet. But what makes Brandish wackier than most Hentai is a combination of what looks like a medieval European setting, a tall female lead with a name that when pronounced by the Japanese makes it sound like she was born in Saint Petersburg, a male lead that looks like a 10 year old and the superbly outlandish plot that makes this Hentai tick.
The plot is something straight out of priest's
...
nightmare - there's a hot tall demon chick (Twiska) who moves from town to town pleasuring men, sucking out their "essences" and teasing women for their inadequate reproductive tracts. It just so happens that one night during one of her usual raping marathons she comes across the male lead, Theo, who happens to be the prophesied messiah with some intriguing powers. What happens then is something that I would describe as the most disturbing and yet pleasing scenes in my porn viewing career. And no, it wasn't scat so calm the hell down.
This is where the story kicks off. There will be a lot of pleasing sexual scenes with a wide variety of positions and quirks that may or may not involve DBZ transformations and body lotion. There's definitively something for every connoisseur here.
The quality of animation is high and moan acting seems authentic. The design behind Twiska and Theo is also top notch. Their scenes are fluid (more specifically liquid, nudge nudge wink wink) and detailed. High points in these departments.
The only beef I have with this production is the fact that it does touch upon rape, thought it's female on male and the series makes it look like everyone is actually enjoying themselves so my lizard brain is inclined to turn a blind eye on it, on this occasion.
All in all I have definitively enjoyed Brandish. It is a wacky Hentai that even though may not score high on the morality scale is still wildly entertaining and amusing.
Thank you for reading.

Chobits is a romance oriented anime that presents the viewer with a futuristic world inhabited by humans and android-like beings called "persocoms" who are a much more advanced humanoid versions of the PCs you and I use today. It is a very engrossing anime because it portrays a number of themes like morality, spirituality and even sexuality from a number of different viewpoints - those of humans, those of 'persocoms' and a neutral one.
The setting and story are very simple. We have the male lead, a village boy by the name of Motosuwa Hideki who aspires to go to a University and also happens
...
to be the complete inverse of a pick-up artist, as his lack of experience with women and people in general is the unfortunate result of milking cows in seclusion for way too long.
One day he decides to move out of his home to study at a cram school in Tokyo. Needless to say this drastic change of scenery brings about a lot of interesting situations, one of which is his discovery of an abandoned persocom, named "Chi", who then sets out to accompany her new master through life. This event marks the true beginning of the story.
Hideki's aforementioned difficulty when it comes to interpersonal relationships and how he struggles to understand a rapid and evolving world alongside his persocom counterpart is the hallmark of this series. I liked the fact that a lot of themes presented here, especially romance, were painfully serious and not afraid to anger its watchers. For example, some of us may think that being nice and unassuming are definitively good traits that potential partners might look for. In Chobits however, Hideki is constantly ridiculed by the rest of the characters for being a naive "nice guy" who doesn't have the spine to aggressively pursue women. What's interesting is that 'Chobits' doesn't show him as a victim of society but rather as a failure of mankind. Chobits wants us to see him as a loser who needs to man up, rather than making us feel sorry for him.
The drama here shows us characters that are depressed and self-derogatory, angering you to the point of making you want to chew through a pallet of cinder blocks. You know that what these characters are doing isn't helping and perhaps you even know what the solution to their trouble is but this is how some people are and this is how real life works.
In short, you know a series is good when it starts drawing out strong emotions from you that normally only real life would. Emotions of anger, disappointment and perhaps even resentment.
Secondary characters in this show have been presented very well. Minoru Kokubunji, a young genius whom Hideki befriends early on in the show, is a staple of stability and resilience. I liked this character for his diligent nature and the way in which he adds more seriousness to the series.
Yumi Omura is a perplexing character to say the least. She's Hideki's air-headed workmate. Her purpose in the show was mainly to show just how fragile human relations can be. One day friends - the next one strangers. What we take for granted may be taken from us the very next day.
Shinbo Hiromu has got to be my favourite though. As Hideki's classmate, this character serves as an example that sometimes in life assertiveness is extremely important and desirable, even if it means doing something stupid that may offend others. This would be the strongest character in the entire cast.
There are plenty more of course but I felt these ones were worth describing the most.
The only issue I have with this anime would be the confusing and unsatisfying ending. I cannot reveal why that is without spoiling stuff but what I can say is that it was very anti-climactic and largely ruined the entire build up the series was working on.
All in all though, chobits was a very enjoyable experience. Enjoyable in the sense that even though fictional, one can learn many things from this particular anime. It is, without exaggeration, a snippet of real life packed into a well made 26 episode series.
Chobits is quite literally a critical thinker's wet dream.
Thank you for reading.

Most of us have seen a harem show at some point in our lives and while each harem does appear to have a unique story and setting they are all linked by similar patterns that one can begin to discern having watched a dozen or so different harem shows.
For instance, harem shows are known for containing heroines whose personalities starkly contrast with each other. A tsundere, an intelligent and polite girl, a klutz, a whimsical seductress etc... and for a certain reason - a handicapped male lead. Now this handicap may be physical or psychological or even cultural, or all of those, but it
...
is there to make the male lead appear inferior to the females and thus create this Freudian image of motherly figures who eventually pamper and smother the male lead with affection; except they're not his mothers - they're his romantic interests. There are plenty of examples for this, Girls Bravo, To Love-Ru, Da Capo, Happy Lesson etc.
Now why did I just make you read a paragraph that looks like an excerpt from a BS Psychology seminar? Very simple - that paragraph is Ichigo 100% and the entire harem genre summarised.
The characters, the setting and the story here are all textbook harem templates modified to fit the title of the series. There is however one unique quality that sets this series apart from any other harem I've watched so far - the male lead, Manaka Junpei. The handicap on this fellow is astronomical to say the least.
The female cast appears to be fairly regular. We have the genius bookworm Aya Toujou, the whimsical seductress Satsuki Kitaouji, intelligent and polite Tsukasa Nishino and the childhood klutz Yui Minamito. The interactions and progression between the characters is fairly regular and the synopsis covers the gist of the story well so instead I'll delve right into what I liked and what I didn't like about this anime and where you - the reader stand in all of this.
I liked the female cast. They were actually fairly realistic portrayals of teenage girls. I liked the way they were presented and the fact that they were all given a background story that related to the male lead. Some harems omit this step and instead go straight for the fan-service and plot progression. I liked the fact that they never acted out of character and the writers did a superb job at giving all of them more or less equal screen time.
Now, I didn't like the male lead. This character is the most retarded creation in the world of fiction that I've had the displeasure of stumbling upon. This guy would not survive a single day in real life. This is is the type of person who wouldn't know seduction even if you shoved a sex starved porn actress right in his face. Junpei Manaka is one fucking mess of a man. This character will maniacally go from "That girl certainly likes me" to "I'm the least popular guy in school" in a matter of seconds before jumping back to the first conclusion given positive female stimuli. He goes around arousing girls all day and then pushes them away when they jump on him because what they're doing is all inappropriate only to nonchalantly arouse them again later and repeat the whole process every.single.episode. Are you fucking kidding me!? Is this meant to be a joke or were the writers being a sadistic bunch of villains with childhood issues?
I do not know the answer to those questions. What I do know is that I did not enjoy that aspect of this anime. You always want to see closure to a romantic situation and this anime just did not do that a single time.
Apart from the cast and the plot the art and sound departments were nothing special. They weren't bad but did not merit a high score either. I found the quality of this piece to be fairly average.
Enjoyment wise, Ichigo 100% is a bit of an oddball. I did enjoy it but absolutely despised the male lead with a passion. I think it's probably the female cast in this show that really saves it makes it actually enjoyable. Of course, if one likes retarded maniacal male leads, the enjoyment of this anime may rise substantially but that's to each individual to decide.
Thank you for reading.
