I got the same vibe watching One Outs as I did watching Death Note: - both MC's are calculating and extremely smart - they are relentless and will use any underhanded trick to stop their opponents - both have back and forth psychological battles that will keep you at the edge of your seat - both are very high-stakes (even One Outs, it is for millions of yen) - they are produced by the same studio Keep in mind that One Outs' psychological battles are centered around baseball though, so if you don't know the basic rules of the game, you should probably stay away.

Chances are if you enjoyed OPM, you liked its comedy. Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan cranks that up to 11 (don't worry about episode count, most sites make it 24 normal episodes). - Both MC's are hilariously OP to the point of boredom - They both feature the same type of comedy (but Saiki K. pulls it off better, OPM has better action) - MC's have similar personalities (although Saiki K. is more cynical) - Both have a colorful supporting cast full of wacky personalities If you want more of One Punch Man's comedy, this is where you'll find it in bucketloads. Saiki Kusuo no Psi-nan is THE funniest anime I've ever watched & I would definitely recommend it to fans of One Punch Man.

I found myself liking both for the same reasons: - Intense violence - Badass characters with over-the-top personalities - Same art style - Completely misplaced humor within the violence - Over-the-top badassery They are both written by Kouta Hirano so if you liked one, you will DEFINITELY like the other as the storytelling and characters are pretty much identical to one another.

Eromanga-sensei

These are pretty much the same thing; characters from OreImo even appear in Eromanga-sensei: - Written by the same author - Both feature a little sister love interest - Self-aware comedies - Both little sisters are closet otakus and perverts - Both take a look at otaku culture Eromanga-sensei is the spiritual successor of OreImo. Seriously, they are frighteningly similar. If you (somehow) liked either show, you will 100% like the other.

If you liked watched one, you will like watching the other for the exact same reason: both are super hardcore ecchi that borderline hentai. MC partakes in sexual acts to get stronger. In summary, chances are, you watched one of these shows for its hardcore ecchi content. You will probably like the other show for the same reason.

I liked both shows for the same reason: - both series aren't afraid to make really dirty jokes - MC's of both aren't perverted and make play it straight whenever a dirty joke is made - both feature more than one perverted female character If you liked the comedy in one series, you are pretty much guaranteed to like the comedy in the other; they are very much alike. Shimoneta has more visual ecchi than Seitokai, but both center around the concept of dirty jokes.

I found many similarities between the two shows: - both feature an independent, strong-willed female character who is the MC's love interest - they contain witty and funny dialogue between MC and the main female - both feature the MC helping out various others in an arc format - MC's have similar isolationist personalities (and an ahoge hairstyle) - both contain MC's inner monologues quite frequently If you liked the comedy and dialogue along with the characters of one show, you probably will like the other.

After finishing seasons 1 & 2 of Fate/Zero, I noticed themes similar to Psycho-Pass: - written by the same author (Gen Urobuchi) - both have a very dark atmosphere - both have a very deep and well-written story - both feature rivalries between 2 similar men with clashing ideologies - both have a decent amount of action - both make you question the morality of certain characters' actions All in all, if you liked the dark atmosphere and great story of one anime, you will probably enjoy the other.

Steins;Gate and Erased share a lot of similar traits: - both involve time travel (though it's explained more thoroughly in Steins;Gate) - MC travels back in time to save a loved one - both have a similar atmosphere/feel - intriguing plot and keeps you on edge Even though Erased is more of a mystery anime than Steins;Gate, I found myself frequently drawing similarities between the two shows. If you liked the feel and premise of one anime, you will most likely enjoy the other

While watching Attack on Titan, it reminded me a lot of Tokyo Ghoul: - both have human-eating monsters exist that threaten humanity (titans and ghouls) - MC's have similar personalities (Eren and Ken) - MC's are weak at first, but grow stronger - MC's have similar abilities and learn how to use them effectively - both have organizations leading humanity's fight (Survey Corps and CCG) - both have great action scenes and fights - both are dark, violent, and have a lot of gore (Tokyo Ghoul more so) - both have amazing openings Overall, if you liked the dark premise and general feel of one anime, you will most likely enjoy the other.

I found myself liking both anime for the same reasons: - MC's are otakus - both are (kind of) harems (Saekano has more ecchi though) - both are fully self-aware and poke fun at otaku culture and common tropes in the anime industry - lots of anime/light novel/dating sim references (similar comedic elements) - both crank up the drama a bit in later seasons Overall, if you liked the general feel and comedy of one anime, you are sure to enjoy the other.
