Both are sci fis. The tone of their story is similar, even though Blue Gender is more mature than Cowboy Bebop in some aspects and somewhat grimier, darker.

Seihou Bukyou Outlaw Star
add

Similar plot devices, similar stories of main characters riding a well tuned state of the art spaceship. Even though because of the similarity you will think that Outlaw Star is a copy of Cowboy Bebop, it's more light hearted and it will surely grow on you. I definitely recommend it and I definitely think that you will become a fan of Outlaw Star if you are already a fan of Cowboy Bebop.

Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken

Somewhat similar animes with the main similarity being world development. If you are a fan of Overlord you will most likely be a fan of Slime. In both animes the main character is overpowered and that is used as a plot device for world building and domination. The main difference is that Overlord is somewhat more "grim".

Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!

They are similar in plot devices - the spell system. They both feature idiotic characters to be made fun off. Their story lines I think are similar. While in Slayers the plot is better developed, in Kono Suba is really not, but they have the same style of plot holes and poor thought story. Comedy in them is very similar aka bad to very bad. If you really miss Slayers and want to see something similar, I recommend Kono Suba.

Tenchi Muyou! Ryououki

They are similar in art, style, story. They are both what I consider cult classics. And for a good reason. Original well drawn art and styling. The story is somewhat similar and it involves the romance between magical girls and the main character. It is also a comedic harem where the main character is a dumb, helpless guy, involving spaceships, aliens and magical old forgotten devices.

Youjo Senki
add

Both feature something very similar - an overpowered main character that is fighting the whole world and God. The story line involves an alternative historical sci fi version of earth, where is armed conflict going on aka world wars. Their iconic characters are pretty much alike both in mentality and in their actions and decisions. Both are overpowered and defeating their enemies very easy. Youjo Senki being an isekai won't matter as the isekai setting is just a plot device used in the introduction of the character somehow, but I find it that it does not impact the story too much in order to be thought as an isekai.
