Both are funyn shows with self-aware main characters but has a contrast in their powers in which main character in kono suba is awfully weak. -Cast of characters in both are funny -Side plot besides comedy -World building -ISEKAI

The main characters for both are losers. Though, they do develop a lot(A LOT) in the show, unlike some other isekais. MOST SIMILAR POINT: Both had awesome world-building. You get to immerse yourself in the different fantasy worlds the authors had created. Mushoku focuses more on Rudeus being a gifted person in the other world while RE: ZERO focuses on Subaru with a unique ability he will need to use to solve a lot of the problems he faces along the way since he has no magical powers like the rest in his fantasy world.

Unlikely duos become in love. Both are light-hearted shows and great shows to enjoy without overthinking about the plot but just enjoy the romance developed. Do not care too much about illogical events. As long as it makes some sense, just go with the flow of the story to enjoy the most out of both shows.

Life lessons in a nutshell. Light-hearted fun with some sort of intensity. Mob had tons more action. GTO animation was kind of bad but had way more character development. Both had comedy and you could learn a lot of lessons from it

Similar vibe. Both endings were a fever dream, confusing yet somehow coherent end. Art styles are also similar. Animation wise is not similar, Evangelion ran out of budget. MOST IMPORTANT: Characters are lost in life.
