I've migrated to AniList! This account will continue to be updated, but I make no promises that it will be as current or accurate as my AniList, especially when it comes to smaller details like score changes or PTW priority.
Speaking of, my PTW is ordered by priority using the MAL score column. I love getting input on things on there as well as things that aren't, and the numbers should help clarify that watching something like, say, Full Metal Panic is much more of a priority for me than something like Hyakko, which is barely hanging on.
Just to make things fun and to prevent me from lowering my standards and eventually adding literally everything, my PTW is maxed at 800. New additions must edge out existing ones and shows dropped off of it or started must be replaced with something new.
EDIT: My PTW is out of date because I've been focusing on AniList. Check there for the more accurate 800.
Watching is for things I'm currently watching, or for things I plan to get to soon, though "soon" is a very subjective term. Generally if things languish here too long I move them to On Hold.
On Hold is anything I haven't been watching for a while or don't have time to immediately see but that I liked enough to want to continue it. In some cases I might drop it later, but I plan to give it more of a try.
Dropped is anything that's just not good enough to continue, which means a low score in most cases. It's not impossible that I'd pick something back up off of it but it's very unlikely.
Tags are a continual delayed work-in-progress but should eventually cover:

Watching - manner in which I'm watching, if applicable (with friend, as part of a contract, etc.)

Completed - a decimal score (series, short films and movies are marked as separate ratings, some specials and exceptions don't get a rating) as well as quick thoughts about the show. I try to keep it condensed and to touch on positive and negative aspects in a way that mostly aligns with my rating

On Hold - a prompt or explanation in regards to picking the show back up, if anything. Perhaps a priority rating in the future. Some shows are on hold despite my ardent desire to get to them, others simply deserve a few more episodes before I make the final call to drop them

Dropped - similar to completed, but probably without a decimal score, and with more focus on why I dropped it than a comprehensive review

PTW - why I want to see it, quite simply. For my own benefit in remembering as much as anything else. Useful to look at if something doesn't seem like it deserves to make the list
It is my personal milestone project to complete a 100+ episode series every 100 completed entries on my list (AniList is the definitive list for counting now):
100 - lost to time. I wasn't doing this back then. It certainly wasn't 100+ episodes
200 - Hunter x Hunter (148) (Mar 29, '17)
300 - Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu (110) (May 6, '18)
400 - Yuu Yuu Hakusho (112) (May 3, '19)
500 - Touch (101) (May 4, '20)
600 - Gintama (201) (Nov 13 '21)
666 - rewatched my first ever anime, Onegai☆Twins
700 - Tennis no Ouji-sama (178) (Oct 14, '23)
Obligatory disclaimer that I'm aware milestones are arbitrary when your list contains anything from 5 minute shorts to 60 hour series, but it's just an excuse to motivate myself to watch long series and keep to a theme. Everyone does it differently.
