Hi! I'm 21, been watching anime since forever but currently trying to catch up with all the classics I haven't seen yet, currently a bit obsessed with Ikuhara's work. You can check some of my favorite authors below (?)
I really like anime with more subtle storytelling that try to do interesting stuff with the medium (either through the editing, the animation, the sound design, the environment) or stories that focus more on the characters, their world/environment rather than the "plot"
