First of all, the animation is gorgeous! Although it can be a little bit crude sometimes, the fight scenes are incredibly dynamic and Mob's psychic powers are captured in a beautiful style. Also, the characters are unique and interesting. Especially Mob. He can be seen as a tad bit dull, but his inner conflict and personality is quite deep and surprisingly moving. Finally, the humor. It does miss the mark occasionally, but it works with the tone of the series quite well.

on you and is really quite cute. Bones does a wonderful job of adapting One's style- sometimes the characters are drawn simply, and in epic moments they're drawn in a more anime style. The show has been crafted with care-- from the music, to the direction, to the story and the animation. If you're looking for something to brighten your day (and get your heart pumping with bombastic fight scenes and One's signature comedy) check Mob Psycho out!

For a show about cute monster girls, this takes on a much lighter tone than you might imagine. The animation is top notch and the characters are very good. The story and setting are better than most might expect. The lines and dialogue are almost always fun or funny. If I had to mention something I didn't like, it would be that the main character is not all that entertaining. Being set in an alternate magical world you would expect magic spells and dragons and such, but this show takes on a different path. The plot is quite simple and enjoyable, and the art/color is pretty darn captivating. The dialogue and lines are well thought out and character personalities have a surprising depth to them. The music includes one of the most fun, playful tracks I've seen in a while. If I had to mention something bad about this show it would be that it can feel a bit too childish at times; the seinen tag is pretty strong in this one if that's something you don't like. I'd like to see the story finished to really critique this well. Favorite characters: Shiro/Jibril. I give it a 9/10

This show is an original action/adventure series with lots of personality to it. The story follows the adventures and trials of a certain prestigious family and their descendants. Action can vary widely, some scenes can be slow to drag out emotional impact, and others can be fast paced to emphasize intensity. Animation and art is extravagant (in the sense that things are overdone). Movements are typically slow, but definitely not in a bad way. If I had to name something good about this show it would easily be the cast, characters have a deep backstory and interact in a very entertaining and unpredictable way. Character personalities and behaviors have a very uncommon temperament that makes them interesting. The theme of the show pairs beautifully with the music, timing is good and emotions are very often enhanced by it. Humor is something this show does very well. If you are a fan of shows with twists this one does not disappoint. Favorite characters: Dio/Jotaro/Polnareff/Joseph. I give it a 9.5/10

SAO is a unique show in terms of plot, what starts as an alternate world setting moves back and forth between the real world and the virtual one. Action is a sticking point in SAO, there's countless fights and frightening scenes. The first part of the show offers a romantic adventure, things later change as the story progresses. the art, there are stunning scenes almost every episode. Art detail and use of color is unrivaled, far better than anything else out there. Area palettes, decorations, shadows, and character detail have a depth to them, its eye candy everywhere. Animation is excellent, fights are gorgeous, movements are fluid, character hair flows as if this was some kind of shampoo commercial. Characters are ridiculously stylish, character detail is perfect. The cast is near legendary, characters are endearing and interact with a warm sense of camaraderie. Music can range from above average to incredible, the 1st OP song is incredible. Lines and dialogue can at times be moving, very entertaining most of the time. If you are into fast paced action, SAO does it nicely. If I had to say something bad about SAO it would be that the story is chopped up into blocks, a linear story would be far better, so viewers might be upset that several key parts of the original story don't ever get animated. Stick to the light novel if it upsets you too much. Over time the plot of the story drastically changes several times, so there are parts that you might enjoy and others that you will find boring, it can drift like those other shows that feel like they will never end. At times it may seem like the show tries to take on too many facets; action and drama are the best qualities this show displays. Favorite character: Asuna. I give it a 9.2/10 although this is still ongoing.

This is a story about a group of of friends who grow up and find themselves slowly growing more and more distant from each other. The plot in this story is rather unusual, yet pretty simple. had to say something bad about this show it would be the lines and dialogue. Sometimes lines don't fit character's personalities that well, as if characters suddenly act out of character. Lines sometimes disappoint in key scenes where impact is expected. The art in backgrounds (mainly) as well as characters has a slight lack of detail, its definitely not bad, but it could be better. If I had to name something good about this show it would be the music. Soundtracks and BGM really have a heavy feeling to it. The flow of the story has a way of being believable, events are lined up in a neat order of events. I give it a 8.9/10
TLDR Version: Depressing show. Weak lines sometimes. Fitting music. Buy tissues.

The old "monsters have invaded so let's kill them all" story. At first you might be turned off by the concept of the plot, but things quickly pick up and get very interesting. There's an element of mystery that AoT revolves around; if you like a good mystery, the world AoT is set in is very unique and there are many unexpected twists and turns. the story. If I had to say something bad about AoT it would be that lines can get repetitive. While character models are animated nicely, they don't quite impress while motionless. If I had to say something good about AoT it would easily be the voice acting. Its unusual for such a large cast to have consistently good VA's, (especially for a serious show) AoT does a magnificent job in that area. Characters are great across the board, there's a great diversity of personalities and unique backstories that make this story one of a kind. Art and animation are very well done, the combination of highly detailed backgrounds and less detailed characters is able to create very fluid animated movements that are exciting and pleasing to the eye. Animation is lightning fast and very intense, the show rarely disappoints in that area. Music has an exciting tempo to it that can often draw you into the world at war theme. The plot has a nice way of building up and has many good unexpected twists. Favorite character: Armin. I give it a 9.5/10
TLDR Version: Great dramatic action and cast. Mysterious plot and nice setting.

Konosuba is a very carefree adventure story about an oddball cast of misfits who travel together to beat the "big, bad boss". While there's a bit more to the story (which I won't spoil), the general plot is that a free-roaming RPG; the characters travel doing quests for money, causing trouble, and fighting monsters. art has a very nice touch to it, while it isn't exactly 3-D friendly, the art has a way of showing the character's many expressions and conveying emotions very well. The world setting for the show is highly detailed, with many creative locations and terrain that is visually pleasing. The comedy is consistently entertaining despite a bit of repetitiveness. If I had to say something bad about Konosuba it would be that the show is artistically lacking in many categories: the story itself seems to be aimless, no meaningful events seem to occur at all. Lines have little to no depth, with many forgettable scenes. While the main cast is very consistent, the side/supporting characters are very weak. Many cliché or one-dimensional supporting characters fail to interact well with the main cast. There's a lot to like about the show if you're looking for a fun comedic series, but if you're looking for a great (deep) story look elsewhere. Favorite characters: Aqua/Megumin/Darkness(♥) I give it a 9.3/10.

A very dark version of the old "stuck in an alternate world" jig. Re:Zero relies heavily on the theme of the human experience. It can seem like a normal SoL at times, while also daring to venture into the territory of the sinister malice in people's hearts. Re:Zero can get quite brutal, violent, gory, and scary in a way few other shows do. At heart however, the show is a psychological mind game that plays on human emotion. the inconsistent use of characters. While the story is based on the protagonist traveling, meeting, and learning about new people, there are times where the show seems to be shifting aimlessly. By this I mean it can be hard to accept the initial premise of the show, give it a couple episodes to really commit to watching this. Characters randomly disappear and go missing, it can really bother you if you take a liking to the supporting cast. If I had to say something good about Re:Zero it would be the outstanding use of universal theme in the story. While most viewers might not sympathize with the protagonist at first, as the story unfolds and events occur, we can all relate to him regardless of your personal experiences. Climactic scenes can be impressive and rarely disappoint. The intensity is quite relatable and will almost certainly give you the chills. Art is well rounded. From backgrounds to character art and small details like gestures, the show does a great job of creating a great visual experience. Characters are quite stylish with an excellent use of color. Character personalities evolve in a unique way that makes every character endearing. I give it a 9.7/10.

The comedic adventures of a young light novel author and his "shut in" hopelessly bashful sister. On the surface, this claims to be a slice of life story about sibling bonding, but most of us know better than that. If you're familiar with the Oreimo series by the same author, you probably have no doubt where this is heading. For the rest of you, this is a normal high schooler SoL with an "adult life" twist and a whole lot of cuteness. with tons of laughs along the way. If I had to say something good about this show it would be the very likable cast. From the very start character premises are very easy to accept and like, with a wide variety of cute, bizarre and seriously funny personalities. Animation flows beautifully, with plenty of realistic detail in movements, gestures, and dancing that at times can seem one-of-a-kind. Art is magnificent with stunning effort put into the smallest of details in backgrounds and on characters with ample use of great colors. Character art is very pleasing to the eye and filled well thought out and impressive details from head to toe. Dialogue in scenes is very informal and relatable, it can be repetitive at times though. If I had to say something bad about this show it would the weak plot. Not much screentime is put into seriously working toward the plot, with hours and hours of goofing off and antics that may seem childish to many. The plot is repetitive any doesn't seem to head in any interesting or surprising direction. The imaginary world of Eromananga Sensei is quite small and has very few details, it can make the show feel monotonous.
Fair Warning however: if shameless fan service bothers you, don't bother watching. if dirty sibling stories enfuriate you, immediately contact your local police department and ask to have them ban this show in your country (or just don't watch it). Favorite characters: Elf, Sagiri. I give it a 7.5/10.
TL:DR Version: Goofy, very funny, cute, warm, SoL with a lot of smiles and sexiness. Don't watch if you hate fan service. Great visuals. Bone-dry, repetitive plot.
