It's been a long while since I last watched Anthem of the Heart but, I'll try to write a decent review out of it. Story wise, it's nothing out of the ordinary but, it does has it's own charm. The representation of growth within the borders of lies and youth was what I'd say interesting the most. I also appreciated the fact where it shows not the typical romance trope which truly brought out the slice-of-life in the whole story. The characters and their relationship development didn't feel forced which makes it a refreshing show to watch. So, if you're looking form something inspiring and ...

Mixed Feelings
Dabs of nostalgia. I love the comeback! I truly enjoyed watching Sakura and Syaoran's moments. let alone see more of Daidoji and Meilin (visiting tomoeda) once more. so long fan fiction really. As for the art, I cannot disagree with the overall artwork. I think the animators and mangakas have done such a stellar job. My only complaint is how close it now feels to Chihayafuru. I mean that anime is interesting and the artwork really did mesh in greatly for the whole series. However, seeing that glow in Card Captor Sakura is a tad bit too bright for my taste. so thus the mixed ...

"Oshi no Ko" (Anime) add
I'm rating the whole season as an 8.

animation it's pretty enough to say-- at a point of interesting. I love how fluidly the characters all moved as if it was any other anime out there. In terms of story, if we go around technicalities.I like the idea that the anime has stayed truthfully close to the original source material. Since manga and animation cannot be adapted as faithfully as it should be due to a variety of reasons. Production, story and arrangement on how to best re-tell a story that has already been sold.

Music is also very much appreciated. Although not all of ...

"Oshi no Ko" (Manga) add
Preliminary (120/? chp)
Spoiler
I was watching the anime right where "Akane" internalized and researched "Ai's Character and Personality" and that episode practically triggered me to binge-read the whole manga. I'd say, it was a very interesting transition. I look forward to reading more of the manga as much as I look forward to the ending of the TV Series.

In retrospect, I love how the God of Entertainment was integrated into the whole story line. There is much to share and say but, I really don't want to spill so much to those who haven't fully read the manga or the anime. If there's anything else I can ...

Preliminary (8/13 eps)
About the story, I think it's the first time to encounter a plot that tackles "insomnia". Although there's a wide variety of reasons as to why a person could or cannot sleep at night, I think this is a lovely way to portray it. The characters definitely are interesting enough for you to root for them. The supporting cast would probably need a little bit more work (if I refer to the anime series). I'm not yet so sure how their relationships affect the main characters from the manga. What it lacks from the story doesn't really influences the main story so I suppose I ...

I loved the costumes on this one. I enjoyed the vibrant colors used and the dynamics it composed for all the characters. Although my review is coming in a decade late-- mostly because I didn't have MAL back in the day. I glad I get to share this much input on how much I love the series. Having to see Meiling hang out with the gang once more was definitely nostalgic. I'd say the TV SERIES universe wouldn't be complete without her. I guess, in contrast to the manga. I wish they'd added more scenes of Sakura and Syaoran's interactions. Then again, this probably explains ...

Cardcaptor sakura is definitely a must watch for anyone who's aspiring to fall in-love with the mahou shoujo genre. The story and characters are all lovable, relatable and definitely grounded. The style and storylines were all seamlessly woven together perfectly where everything feels natural in its own respects.

I have watched the series all throughout my life time, and it never fails to make me feel all fluffy and happy inside. I must say, CLAMP Studio has outdone themselves with this very much loved series.

although admittedly, I've only schemed through the original source material (which is from the manga) I'm more than happy to ...
