I used to watch all kinds of animation when I was a kid in TV so I don't consider myself an anime fan only but a fan of animation in general. I started watching regularly anime 5-6 years ago when I accidentantaly found an Initial D 4th Stage AMV in Youtube. I was impressed so much that I watched the whole series in 3 or 4 days in low Youtube quality! After that I started watching anime close to my interests (Aviation,cars) until I found Naruto. After watching Naruto I started watching all kinds of anime, except Hentai.

Recently I bought my first manga and I started reading manga. As a kid I used to read European and Disney comics and Carl Barks is my favorite comic book creator.

I generally enjoy series with:
A) Action
B) Comedy elements and comedies in general
C) Original characters and plot (especially if it features unexpected twists)
D) Realistic animation (CGI or classic style it doesn't matter)
E) Great music
F) Science fiction
G) Aviation, cars
H) Nice fight choreographies (especially if it involves underdogs giving "top tier characters" a run for their money

I avoid watching series with:
A) Way too much gore without a reason (one example being Elfen Lied)
B) Stupid romance
C) Mindf@ck
D) Unrealistic animation and lots of stock footage
