anthologies are pretty good (especially with horror) so i would be happy if more people could get into them 😆. i hope you enjoy it. you could also try Hyakumonogatari - it's a similiar concept but the stories are a bit more intense.
for slice of life/gag manga🤔 i like Nichijou, Daily Lives of Highschool Boys, Saiki K, Nozaki-kun, Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou, Aria, Gintama, Asobi Asobase, Nanbaka, Cromartie High School. these are really good 👌.

lately i've been enjoying alot of anthology series. but i really liked dorohedoro, innocent + innocent rouge, eyeshield 21, haikyuu, the 100 stories that led to my death, blade of the immortal, beelzebub.
i like anything that has either a historical setting or horror elements. or anything sport related 😊.
