I'm sorry to say this but after season 2 this just isn't the same story. It's not the same genre, those are not the same characters and the feel is completely different.

The hook this webtoon had on me in the beginning was crazy. How is Lee going to deal with this yet another insane situation? What's he going to come up with? And honestly the story was exciting every episode. I just loved the psychotic characters and their schemes to survive. The story changes once they leave the tutorial (?) a lot but the story still holds together.

Eventually Lee really does climb up the ... social ladder like he wanted to and has seemingly endless amount of money and power. That's when things start to go stale. Every time there are more and more crazy girls in love with him, they even fight amongst themselves for him. Some cringey boomer type scenes come up more often. And what was holding the story together before, which to me were the four main characters interacting and their will to survive, are just absent. Even though there were many girls before it never felt like a dumb harem and now it's just your regular isekai. I have never seen a great character like Lee become an "adorkable" normie, so late into the story.

To be honest, maybe they should've just ended this webtoon sooner. I loved the art and the pacing of the story and most of all the characters. They have now become boring and borderline unbearable. I stopped caring, even though technically few things have actually been resolved. The art has changed also unfortunately. Overall I recommend this webtoon but only until the season 2 or maybe even earlier that that.

The Demon Prince of Momochi house is a story about (yet another) girl who has lost her parents and was brought up in an orphanage. Because there can't be a good story if the main character's parents are alive. She receives a will left from them on her 16th birthday and apparently they leave her a huge house. Of course there are handsome boys already living there and now she's trying desperately to fit in with them. Does it sound familiar?

This show is so underwhelming despite there being some new drama every episode. It's pacing is way to fast, it almost seems like nothing that ... happens has any consequences. And they're just throwing more and more lore with no explanation, no time to breathe and hardly any time to see characters develop. Makes all the decisions the characters make seem vague.

I think pacing is it's biggest issue. But the other problem is probably the similarity to Kamisama Kiss. I find myself comparing the characters and events all the time while watching the show. So it might not be that this anime is so bad but Kamisama kiss was this much better.

The premise is quite nice and I firmly believe that if they spaced out the lore to have 24 episodes instead of 12 it would've made it a very decent show. It's cute and I would have probably liked it a lot more like 10 years ago. But right now if I hear them say "... And yet" one more time I swear to god...

I don't typically write reviews, and I've never wrote any for a manhwa or a manga but... This story has put me through a rollercoaster of emotions so I feel like I have to write something.

As I'm writing this, the story isn't finished yet but it's reached its climax and I'm, again, unsure of what's going to happen next. The beginning of the story felt a little long and a bit similar to some other isekais. But each next event and each new chapter has managed to surprise me. I realized that most of what I predicted would happen, did not and I was wrong ... about most of the characters too. Maybe looking back at the story now, it all makes sense but the way the author has paced the lore and how they slowly introduced us to new information is outstanding in my opinion.

Penelope, the main character is also such a well written villainess. Needless to say she isn't one of those characters that go wherever the wind blows. She is the wind or rather the entire tornado. She doesn't get swayed by the male characters easily. You can expect her to do the unexpected. I really enjoy her scheming and how often it feels like she's only one step away from kicking the bucket. The main male characters also have a pretty deep story as it turns out. Some more that others, but they'll definitely surprise you. I love seeing how the relationship between Penelope and her father has changed as well as his feelings towards her.

The art is absolutely what motivated me to read this in the first place. It only gets better as the story progresses. The artist makes great decisions when it comes to colors to portray emotions and the atmosphere. The outfits are awesome and very creative as well. There's a lot of thought behind both visuals and every part of the lore.

I haven't enjoyed a story so much in a very long time. It definitely stands out amongst all the other villainess isekai. The ability to keep me wanting to know more and more is something to be envious of, and I'm saying that as someone who works in media too. I'm a big fan, I hope Penelope survives and has a happy ending.

I'm a big fan of the recent villainess type isekais and this one definitely did not disappoint. Pride, the main character is a strong yet loveable lady who tries to repent for the terrible things her character had done to others.

The story isn't very elaborate but what makes this show good is Pride's plans and will to change. All the old male film producers always assume girls only like delicate, shy and helpless female characters in stories. And if those female characters can protect themselves then they are made to be sexualized otherwise. Which is why I really enjoy watching Pride casually pull out ... a sword and a gun and fight. Her character alone is carrying this show basically.
They say isekais are all the same but anime like this one prove that they aren't afraid of changing the status quo. ( which obviously doesn't apply to isekais targeted at men )

The art is very enjoyable, it has some really good moments. Set and costume design is very generic but it's not a bad thing.

For me, this is a wonderful example of an isekai (that's directed towards women) that doesn't feel overly childish and predictable. The story is very well-written, and Raeliana, the main character, is always actively trying to change her fate instead of being simply blown by the wind like most isekai characters. This is one the best romance stories I have ever read/watched and I've seen way too many. Some say it's a weird mix between politics and romance but that just makes it more interesting to me.

That being said, I've read the manhwa before, so for me, this anime was more like a quick reminder ... of some of the events. I was disappointed with how they just quickly brushed through everything that had happened in the original. In the manhwa, we can really feel their relationship growing as well as follow Raeliana with her brainstorming and other daily stuff she does. This was truly lacking here; everything felt rushed and context was often scarce.

I enjoyed the art style, even though it felt a bit like a slideshow at first. And I found it kind of funny that sometimes the perspective of some objects was so bad, especially in the beginning.

I'm rating it 10/10 because I love the original authors, and I'm really glad they made an adaptation of the story. If you like isekai, you should definitely read the manhwa.

How does a studio take a bunch of very successful anime, blend it together and still manage to publish something so average?
Before watching the show I already knew it was going to be a Saiki K rip off which I thought was great cause Saiki K is 10/10. They got us excited and spit out an AI written, mindless donghua.
The story is exactly the same as Saiki K mashed together with some Jujutsu Kaisen. Characters are also a combination of those shows with a sprinkle of Blue Exorcist. They didn't even bother to tweak the designs of most of them. They are beyond stereotypical, ... they just have no personality of their own.
Some say at least the animation is good. Sorry but for a 2D styled animation made obviously in 3D software, this wasn't a satisfying sight.

If I was a boy, maybe I would have enjoyed it a little more. Provided that I'd be interested in stealing panties on daily basis and other perverted stuff.
The characters have little to no personality. All they have is enough to only satisfy 14 y.o boys watching it. Of course it's quite obvious what kind of an anime it is, just by reading the genres or the description.
Basically what I'm trying to say is that you don't have to watch it to know everything about the show, even the slight comedy can't make up for it.

The art style is pretty nice though. Which ... is why I was a little dissapointed when I realised it's so boring.
