Haven't seen index yet so I can't talk alot about but I read your review, my question is that how is cutting of the inner monologue of the characters a bad thing that is honestly from a visual medium standpoint a good thing cause it utilitizes the aspect of show don't tell, if anything people critisize anime for the inner monologue like shigatsu and Chimera ant arc etc.

You can't even watch index. Its soo bad that the animation is worst then persona 5. Honestly the story is never good to me but its fun and watchable during previous season. Not this season

They're really messing up the pacing of the third season of Index just to accommodate the remaining volumes within just 26 episodes (when they really need like 50 episodes or so to do that)

Since youre reading Blood Sign, please dont be put off by the first chapters, or the first volume in general, it has a rough start, i loved it, but ive seen more then enough people not like the first volume, it gets alot better from V2 onward, and V5 is a genuine 10/10, all the people ive encouraged to read more after the first volume all came to love it
