If you Liked Code:Breaker, You'll definately Like Zettai Karen Children: The Unlimited - Hyubu Kyousuke. First of all, Both the animes have, Some people born with special abilities, In C:B the Code:Breakers, in The Unlimited, The espers. Is it really similiar. The Main Characters kinda feels the same, They're both calm, Powerful, With a little Evil side aswell. I really think Ogami and Hyoubu are similar. So If you liked Code:Breaker, Some special ability user group killing people for ''Justice''(of some sorts). You will definately like The Unlimited, A group of Special ability users, willing to kill people for the sake of ''Espers'' (Ability Users). Anyways, I highly Recommend watching one if you watched the other, You won't regret it. :) Thank you.

So, They're really Similar indeed. Mostly by the fact that it's made by the same author, hehe (Hiro Mashima). The Characters are very similar, I recognize some character from Fairy Tail in Rave* Vise-Versa, Althought not being the same. They still keep they're similarities. It is highly enjoyable if you liked any of them. The stories are different for sure, otherwise it wouldn't be enjoyable. But if you watched one of the both and you're looking for more. Then you should certainly watch the other one. Thank you.

Both of them are Trading Card Game (TCG) themed Animes. They have some of the same concepts aswell. Like, Friendship will rule it all, Like most of the Shonens, Hehe. But if you Like that kind of Anime ''Friendship'', Then you will be served. They are both a little ''Kiddish'', So don't be surprised, But they're still enjoyable. :) And also, If you're willing to learn how to play the Trading Card Game assosiated with the Anime, It a very great source. You can learn how to play (The Basics) with the Anime. Which I certainly enjoyed. Hope you Liked. :)
