And basically, what I did was I just google'd like myanimelist list designs and then you'll find threads on MAL with like free designs to choose from (you just have to follow their instructions on how to actually change your list to that design) and then change the images in the code to whatever image you like (because in the list designs in those threads, they already have different themes but you can just simply change the pictures)! If that makes sense :P
