It's not that bad, I just think that the story is very confusing especially during the beginning but after watching for a bit, I'm sure you'll get the hang of it. The art is pretty decent, not outstanding or whatsoever but definitely not the worst. I liked the characters too but the character development seems so out-of-place but whatever, it's really not the worst anime and I won't complain much further. Overview: Decent, average anime, likeable characters, the gay moments are a 10/10 for me, Sniper Mask is hot, average art, you'll probably enjoy this if you like panties. A solid 7/10 for me.
