...then you might like Youkoso Jitsuryoku Shijou Shugi no Kyoushitsu e add

i cant stress it enough as to how similar i feel the lead male characters for these two anime are. both are extremely intelligent and have everything going according to plan despite having little to no control over their own lives. they have ulterior motives to what other characters seem to think they have planned and in reality shed sweat and blood for something we all take for granted. both are very well done and left me wanting more seasons.

...then you might like Shuumatsu Nani Shitemasu ka? Isogashii desu ka? Sukutte Moratte Ii desu ka? add

might seem strange to say these two are similar but i think its quite clear. both lead male characters have a somewhat dark past with, at first, unknown powers/strength. both seem to be wandering through life without any real goals after past events til they are suddenly thrown into unavoidable positions that bring them back to life so to speak.

...then you might like Plastic Memories add

this is similar as in it can get very depressing at times but all around has a compelling story that really defines each character well and can create a strong bond between the viewer and characters.

If you liked Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri add

...then you might like Death March kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyousoukyoku add

this is similar to death march because it has to do with humans entering a non human/human world that otherwise was not known about with all that goes with it, magic, demons etc.
