I got destroyed by everything at university and my semeter ended just last friday, hence the late reply

Have your read any awesome manga lately? :3 I saw that Hiyokoi ended, but the translations are at the 44th chapter (Although I'm still at chap 25 x_x).

Sorry for the long reply again, August is always a rough month for some reason, maybe because it's the start of the semester. I think I got overwhelmed by the classes, as it usually happens D:
Your course looks like lots of fun, I always wonder how the logistics of hotels are, specially after watching Hanasaku Iroha~ I'm pretty bad at memorizing some thing, anything new needs to be hammered down several times in my head before I can actually remember, unless if it's something related to my hobbies, which I learn quite fast XD
That's some nice jobs you'll be able to take! For me, it's mostly either going to a industry or to academic research and go the Professor/Researcher path. I'm more inclined to go with the first option, seems slightly less stressful XD

Haha, yeah, If I earn 1 cent for every person who questions my sexual orientation based on my manga tastes, I would have almost 10 cents! Jokes aside, I don't mind people calling me girly for liking this type of stuff or cute things like plushies~ As long as they respect it(which they usually do, since I hide this side of mine fairly well x3 )
I know! Stand up is pretty cute, too bad those updates are so sporadic D: I've read a manga called Cosmic Color, the drawing was super cute and the story kinda of reminded me of hiyokoi, which I still have to finish~

Sailor Moon seems interesting, specially because I wasn't old enough to watch it on TV iirc, and is a Mahou shoujo genre, which I'm not very familiar with, I hope the remake goes stellar like the original did back in the day XD

Yeah~ I'm on my 8th semester(4th year) on Chemical Engineering :)

After I moved to another city for my 7th grade(3rd year middle school), time passed quite fast and school got ridiculously boring. Only my 3rd on high school went nicely~

lol~ Yes, I'm a straight male with unusual tastes XD I never thought I would enjoy them either XD I've been a sucker for romance ever since a anime marathon I did between 1st and 2nd yrs of high school~
I know, it's so rare for a guy to read this type of manga. A friend of mine recommended Fruits Basket one day(that's like 7 years ago) and I enjoyed it a lot. But I only started to read mangas more seriously(specially shoujo) 2 years ago.
Oh, this type of plot looks interesting, may look at one manga with past-future/future-past manga~
I need to read Taiyou no Ie soon, a friend of mine also said it is preety good XD Taamo made mostly one shots till now... But I loved hers Seishun Kouryakuhon~ Made me think a little bit about the high school, and how boring it was D:
Another mangaka that impressed me was Yamanaka Aiji. Her art(Tomodachi no Hanashi is the perfect example) is outstanding, and some of her works are really good as well(like yajirobee and Stand up!).

Me too! I enjoy reading Josei/Seinen as well, mostly romance and slice of life stuff, because the drama ones are a little bit too complex to digest :3
No longer in high school? So you're on college/university as well? That's neat~ XD
I never thought why I read shoujo manga, I guess it's the nostalgia of a High School Setting (because my social life was inexistent at that period), seeing how stuff turns out in these fictional settings are always fun, no matter how overused the concept might be :3

Yay, I love those cheesy, 'makes my heart go doki doki' & 'right in the kokoro' manga X3 They are always a good read~ Dayum, those are some really strong suggestions (and completed ones! :3 ), definitely gonna read them (at my own pace, of course). I saw a historical shoujo in one of your suggestion, I guess I should explore the historical genre for some variety~ I rarely read them, dunno why Dx
Strobe Edge was super enjoyable, I just couldn't stop reading it at some point~
If you accept suggestions, I'd recommend Ano Ko to Boku no Ie(and all of Taamo's works, because of the gorgeous art), Wa!(Because of it's chill comedy and neat development of the characters), Kamisama ga Uso wo Tsuku( right in the kokoro i.i), Fruits Basket ( It's a classic one!) and Tomodachi no Hanashi~ If you're feeling adventurous, you should try Sasameki Koto, it's a really well written drama/shoujo-ai manga, this one gave me the feels T^T

I'm so used to black and white manga that when I read a colorful manhwa, it feels a little bit weird. It also usually has a more complex plot than most manga would offer, which throws me off when I'm craving for cheesy stuff~ I also would like to hear your opinion on it after you finish~

I know the feeling! This happened with me when I was reading Kuroshitsuji and Katekyo hitman REBORN! D: I was like "Pls release the chapters faster T.T" But then I put all the mangas I was reading on-hold due to the closing of onemanga, which was my favorite site for manga~ Just recently I've started to read REBORN from the start, almost 3 years later :3

Yeah~ I enjoy shoujo manga too, specially the heartwarming ones, or the ones more into the slice of life genre. Besides shoujo, what else do you like to read?

I actually am having a hard time choosing because you have so many 10's and 9's XD It means everything must be good, but it's still difficult to pick something up to read~ Which of the mangas you read are the most memorable/enjoyable? One manga/manhwa that I always remember, even though it's been years since I read it is nineteen, twenty-one~ Besides the cute romance, the story has a lot of focus on cats, and does a really good job delivering emotions :3

I usually wait till the manga is over to start reading it, because you never know when the mangaka goes on a hiatus or dies, leaving the work unfinished D:
